I ordered thru the kiosk in the small drivethru, no traffic to speak of was traversing the area. I walked to the window, mentioned to the woman who finally appeared that I was a walkup and was informed right off that I should use the walk up window and hey ignore the sign that says the walk up window isn't opened til 9 am bc if she's not busy she'd be glad to take my 6.75 order for a plain 20 oz latte with a shot of espresso. Mildly offended at this lecture, I informed her I was from out-of-town. This seemed to throw her for a loop, looks like out-of-towners generally are a rare sight at this coffeebox. I was told to move to the walk up window to get my coffee. After a couple of minutes I did get the coffee. Walking away and taking my 1st couple of sips I realized it wasn't what I ordered.
