He made it seem as if it was my fault for not being prepared in time. He was very degrading and disrespectful. His first interaction was very unpleasant. Because he was so early, I did not have time to let my two Labrador retrievers outside to go potty and then make them comfortable in one of the spare bedrooms that didn't need the carpet cleaning. He first words to me when I answered the door was.. "you know they need to stay out of my way, right?" I did not even get a "hello". I was about 4 or 5 month pregnant when we had our carpets cleaned, and I'm saddened to say that I was so uncomfortable that I started crying while I was locked away in a room with my dogs.
