We hired them to do the plumbing and the Electrical. On the day came for them to set the tub and get everything in for the shower They ended up having a little party in our bathroom not only were the three people there to do the work but guys just seen the truck on the side of the road so they popped into my house at one point I think there was nine of them in my bathroom. Come to the end of the day it's Friday. He says he did a walk around with me, but he didn't at all. He tidy up, said he was done tub was set. Welcome to notice once drywall and everything else starts to come in to play that the showerhead is almost like 3 inches from the ceiling so it's really hard to put a shower up. The pipes for the water were pushed out of the wall too far so when you end up, putting your actual faucet knobs on, they hang way the hell out that should've been pushed way back the actual line for the showerhead and your tap and then the drain doesn't line up straight at all. On the other end by our sink, the vent line was done wrong. It's dripping humidity on my insulation up in my attic that all needed to be fixed and replaced. And let's not get into the electrical as I wanted them to put my fan and light in the centre of the room that was not done. I also asked them to send her the light in the shower and of course like everything else in that shower it was not centered. It was put way closer to the showerhead front then in the middle. . I've emailed them a few times. They responded once basically pointing fingers at me that I should've could've should've done this or that when we paid them to do what we're not experts that they're supposed to be the expert at and we ended up having to stop having them come to our house and get another company to come in and fix everything. Please stay away from them. After emailing them not one person called not one person came by the address to look at it personally themselves to see what they could do to fix it. It just basically said screw you. Again, do not use this company.

The installation was over a day or two and the team was professional and knowledgable, they answered our questions and concerns. We love our new tub; then the air pump failed! I discovered that this is a frequent problem with hydro-tub air jets. I contacted Mark and the company where we purchased the tub. When Tanner was here they guided him through the air pump and its configurations. Tanner tested the air pump and confirmed that it was gone. The company sent us a new air pump. When the new air pump arrived Mark sent Tanner and Luka for the air pump installation. They were here a couple of hours and confirmed that the air pump functioned fully.

After I gave them the go ahead to do the job, I decided to waterproof my entire basement. As this is out of their realm, they recommended a few places to me and also advised me to ask if they still installed the sump pump afterwards would it affect the waterproofing warranty...which it would. Thanks to this piece of advice from Dawn. Dawn recommended that I have the same company install the sump pump, which I ended up doing. Flash forward a couple of months and I had decided to remove a tub and replace it with a shower. This would require changing the plumbing and setting a shower base. I contacted Warkentin specifically based on Dawns integrity with my previous issue. Her team came out and ran pipes and move the floor drain. As the shower walls were not yet installed, their plumber said he'd come back to set everything to the proper depth and ensure they were aligned properly. Once the walls and tiling were up, I contacted Dawn and she sent someone the following day. Very happy with their professionalism, integrity and efficiency. Would have no hesitation in recommending them.
