My address doesn't bother me as much, anyone can find that these days but the kids I get. I appreciate all of the messages with your concerns for them this community has truly been pulled together for this post Owner is now driving by our home stalking and harassing us! I hate to blast this but I feel it's only right considering the amount of money spent on this plumber for him to act like this. I highly don't recommend Trent's plumbing. We had to have our entire home gutted and re plumbed. Costing over $8500. Moral of the story Trent was called back to make a repair. He scheduled me Monday with a time from of 3-6pm. No call no show. I reached out, I get a reply around 7:30. Health issues okay, completely understand no big deal take care of yourself call me the next day (as he said he would that night) (to me it was not that big of a rush) okay.. never called me! So I sent a text. Scheduled me again. Again NO call NO show. This time hours go by before I hear anything, so at this point I'm a little skeptical as anyone would be? So I send a text asking should I hire someone else? Because if he is having health issues. I simple communicate or update text would have been awesome! I'd have totally understood. Well I get a reply. So I sent text out to one of the other workers that works for him Paul asking if he an update for me, just because I'd like to know what the plan is, 2 no shows, at this point what's going on? Is someone coming, is something wrong? Are you busy? Just speak up. We're all human. Anyways Paul shows up. Fixes the next day. After Trent continues to ignore me after my last message to him. After Paul leaves Trent calls me from a random number and is now unprofessionally blowing up my phone. He sure has alot of communication now but he didn't have any when it was time to come back. I feel as if I'm dealing with a teenager and not an adult. This owner is very immature if I can save anyone the headache go elsewhere. Super unprofessional. I hope Paul makes a successful career out of himself for knowing how to be mature one day. thank you for the apology, we're all human. We've had Dynamic Drains out three times in the span of a couple of weeks (when it rains it pours,…read moreright?) and they were great each time! First visit: our 100+ year old home has been dishwasherless since we moved in 13 years ago (mo one made the move to install one before us and we kept putting it off until this year). Years ago we had had some drains and lines replaced and asked the previous plumbers we hired for that job to get it ready for dishwasher, too. So we always thought it was ready to go once we picked one out. Came to find, day of delivery, that they did NOT do this, so we had to call someone to come do it. Enter Dynamic Drains. We were able to secure an appointment quickly and when they arrived they were friendly and professional, installing a beautiful new water line to feed our new, dormant dishwasher the freshwater it craved. The dishwasher needed a bit of finessing into the space we had carved out so they didn't hook that part up, but the line looked and worked great. Eventually we had a handyman come and do the rest and it's been working beautifully since. SECOND VISIT: The soup incident. Some leftover soup was dumped into the sink and caused a clog. Enter Dynamic Drains, just a few weeks later, with a snake to clean it out. The technician then (Chris I believe was his name) was really friendly, kind, and diligent. He ran several sinkfuls of water through the snaked drain to make sure it was going as it should and it went downstairs to make sure there were no leaks or drips. After the drain was moving again we also realized that our disposal was dead. Not sure if that's why the soup clogged or if the clog killed it but either way... VISIT THREE: Tech couldn't fix the disposal since we didn't have a replacement and he didn't quite have time in his schedule to get us in in that moment. All good, didn't expect that! Amazingly right after he left my husband saw a great disposal on sale at Costco and he snatched it up. Called Dynamic Drains to schedule a follow up and they said they could come a few days later. Great! THEN, about an hour later, another plumber called and said they had some time in their schedule and could come by then. I was out at the time but my husband navigated that with them and by the time I got home we had a new, purring garbage disposal properly installed. And since it was considered same day they waived the additional appointment fees. YES! We still have a few other things we need done, new faucets in the kitchen and bathroom in particular, and luckily Dynamic Drains does that (and then some!) too. We'll definitely be calling them for that follow up as soon as time allows! Highly, highly, HIGHLY recommend!

I told him that was fine. These two people took care in going down with equipment and leaving with equipment. They gave me a video on my sewer line, for references. I think we'll be very happy. Kroll Construction was here doing a bathroom update 4 years ago, saw the problem, told us we'd have to replumb the whole house to fix it, so put on a bandage. They charged $200 for a crappy job, Bob Bennett charged $400 to fix the whole problem, and it did NOT require changes to the whole plumbing system. I will use Bob for my future plumbing needs.
