Poor customer service by Alex, who is the manager. When I questioned why it took so long, Alex, rather than maybe apologizing for the time, stated that due to my rim size is the reason they took so long. And also they could have just " did a hack job but wanted to take their time. If I wanted them to do it crappy it would have been faster, but they take their time." I don't have special rims. I have stock rims. I was not the only one in the waiting room complaining about the time it was taken for any service to be complete. Alex is extremely incompetent to be a manager. Poor customer service. Go anywhere else for your car needs.
