I took my work truck in for two tires that I knew were bad and an alignment due to one of the two tires mentioned had worn badly. I called on Thursday and offered to drop off the truck Friday for a Saturday appointment. The first red flag was when I dropped off the unit. I was expecting the service writer to come out and look over my truck with me at the time of drop off or at least have me sign something. Nope, none of that was done. My wife and I went late Saturday to pickup the truck. She went inside to pay and was told "There were no other problems found and your ready to go" The paperwork had no notes on it. I was expecting the documents that showed how much it was out. I received a invoice with vague information on it. when I was driving home the steering wheel was crooked while driving straight. Didn't think too much of it. Until one day shortly after the service the truck wouldn't start. When I went under to look I noticed two things I was shocked that were not brought to my attention. First the passenger side tire was just as bad as the driver's I just never looked. The other issue I have is the sway bar has a bracket that was torn off. Some roads I have to go on are terrible as a result I went to have the truck repaired it is my family's only income it has to stay operational. I added photos of the issues I was never made aware of and they let me leave the service center like this as again they said "no other problems found" I called and explained myself to the mgmt. and I never received any response. "Topline" serviced two of my vehicles. The bottom line, I was SEVERLY overcharged, and had to take my vehicles to other shops to have the service that topline performed actually done right. I first brought my 2000 Chevy S10 Xtreme here after having issues at another shop not correctly fixing my vehicle. The guys at the front desk at Topline joked about the other shop, stating they do not play the games the other shop does. They did the alignment, I left, and immediately had issues. I contacted topline, and they told me to bring the truck back, and they would fix it. I drove my truck away after they "fixed it" the second time, and still had a steering wheel that was not centered, and a vehicle pulling to the right. I scheduled a third appointment, I called on a Thursday, and was told I could not be fit in until the next Wednesday. My suspension was clicking, and making weird noises that it had never made before, and it was NOT a priority. I could not wait a WEEK to go back a third time, so I went to another shop who fixed my alignment, and gave me stats to show me how far out my alignment was. One time and my truck drives straight. Let's move to my next vehicle that TopLine "fixed" for me. My 2006 Corvette needed TPMS sensors. It has custom wheels, and after the desk guy told me I should not bring my own sensors and "sold" me I agreed to have them install the 2 rear TPMS sensors that were bad. They are on low profile tires and it was going to cost me $290 to have them installed. When they installed them, they could not get their universal sensors to pair with my car and the GM sensors that were installed. So they used this "magic box" and synced two fake sensors to my front wheels, to (from what I was told) make sure their sensors were working correctly. Initially I had told the "sales" guy, I could bring them replacement sensors, and that all 4 wheels were about 10 years old so they should all be replaced, to which I was ensured, they did not all need to be replaced, just the rears. WELL GUESS WHAT. They called me, told me my car was READY, so my wife drove me, I told her to leave, and when I got in my car, my two front wheels READ FLAT! I could drive my car at no more than 50 MPH. Now after pulling some weird stuff with a TEST BOX, you figure they would have tested my car before they told me to come get it. NOT TOPLINE, they SOLD ME GOOD! Needless to say, they charged me almost $600 to install TPMS sensors. THE SAME SENSORS THAT I could have bought for $130. THEY USE EZTPMS. Google it, they charge you FOUR TIMES the sensor cost, and THEY SELL YOU ON BS to ensure that they steal the money from you. They also torqued my lugs to almost 200lb/ft. I guess that is the way they try to ensure return business, cause I would never return, and will not return. Then when I contacted them to get my money back as I have had to have all the service redone at other locations, including balancing wheels that had no weights when they supposedly balanced them, lug nuts torqued to almost 200 foot pounds that other tire techs had to fight to get off on both of my vehicles, they denied a refund, so I went to my bank, and they argued with my bank that they actually performed the service, when I have receipts from other shops that had to redo the shotty service and mess ups top line did Beware people. read more

We got a flat on the freeway not too far from this location. We drove to the shop and were thrilled with the service we received. They got us in asap. Took the tire off. Showed us the puncture hole in it. Replaced it and had us back on the road in 40 minutes max. It was amazing. Everyone was friendly and efficient. My two favorite attributes. Nothing scarier, in my mind, than looking for a good doctor or a good mechanic. You need both to keep things running smoothly! And we happen to have excellent choices for both! My fab fiancée, a loyal Topline customer for over 15 years, introduced me to the gang about 5 years ago. Being a 'shade-tree mechanic' myself, I'm always on the lookout for price gouging, recommendations to replace parts that don't need replacing, etc. In the past, I've visited a few shops that engage in those activities. Fortunately, I was able to catch it, stop it or handle it on most of those occasions. But, WHY should one have to? That's where Topline comes in. From day one, they have always been completely upfront with repair recommendations, price estimates and explanations. Never once have I gotten that "Oh, here we go!" feeling in my gut. Being mechanically inclined, I can talk the talk with them. I'd be walking the walk(doing my own repairs) but today's vehicles preclude most do-it-yourself repairs. You have to have specialized tools, computers and more to work on these rolling tech wagons! Let me say that our usual advisors are either Conrad or Jesse. Both of these fine fellows are an asset to Topline. They make you feel instantly valued and welcomed when you enter into their office domain. They take the time to get any and all concerns and pertinent information from you. They actually give follow-up and update phone calls as needed. On many occasions, they've done whatever they could to try to ease the pocketbook pain when or if they could! And we absolutely appreciate that! Money doesn't grow on any trees in my yard!!! Topline has been able to handle anything we've thrown at them, too! Whether repairs to our Ford F250, my BMW or her Jaguar. They can fix them all! Give Topline a call! Tell them we sent ya! Had a Interstate battery that was acting bad. Walked in, and Jesse took my issue seriously and expedited the service for me. I had a new battery replaced, and good to go in under an hour! Excellent, fast and polite service by Jesse was an unexpected and surprising experience from a car repair shop. I recommend this shop, as others in the office were very polite to other customers as well. In this day and age of lazy and lack of pride, it was refreshing to have good customer service and friendly associates. Didn't have an appointment as I wasn't anticipating having a nail in my tire. I needed to make a trip that day and was pleased to learn that they would be willing to squeeze me in if I could be flexible. They were very upfront about the time frame and were accurate in their ability to get it completed within a few hours. Ran into an unforeseen problem with security locks on my wheels of which I was totally unaware of their existence. I no longer had the security ratchet to remove the lug nut. After discussing the options I went with the advice given and very happy to have done so. Very pleased with the service and attitude of staff and was able to get on my way. Topline has a long history of jacking up prices and making up items to repair. They did it to me several years ago and then again to my wife. They told her they could not preform a certain repair with an extra charge to do it a certain way that required more work and parts. I told her not to let them do it. She took it to another shop and found out they were lying. The other shop was more expensive than the original price, but much lower then Topline's made up price. Stay away from Topline! read more

Interested in buying some tires. Spoke to Ron at 9AM, said the shop could the tires within a few hours by 12-1pm. Called at 12pm still hadn't received tires, said would call as soon as they arrived that it should be soon. Never heard back from them so I called at 5:00pm to have him tell me that he didn't know the tires wouldn't be delivered same day. The tires wouldn't arrive until following day but I had advised them needed them same day. No customer service skills at all. Why does the buyer have to continuously call the dealer to see about the product being delivered when they said they would call? Not happy at all at least have the courtesy to call the customer. Don't buy any tires or believe that tires that are out of stock will be delivered when stated. I could of gone to another location to be serviced the same day. Not a happy customer...do not recommend! read more

Terrible! I have a BMW m3 and wanted to get an allignment and they alligned the car without having the right specs!! Terrible job, tires were worn out in 4 months. When I tried telling them this, they didn't want to hear it and said it was not their fault. Now come to find out they also broke my oil drain plug when they changed my oil too. WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THEM, THEY ARE VERY RUDE. read more

Newer to the area and received a recommendation for a good mechanics shop close by. A friend referred me to Topline Tire and Auto, it wasn't the closest place to me but being recommended by a good friend, I decided it was worth the try. I have been a loyal customer of Topline for about 6 years now. They have installed a lift on my truck and have done the regular maintenance on it as well. They are always very honest with me, in telling me things that I really don't need to do at the moment and things that they personally recommend. I don't get the typical I never feel like I am getting a "sales pitch" from a typical mechanic shop. At times I have even been lucky enough to meet the owner himself and work with him on deciding what's best for my vehicle, he is very involved and is always there when I go in. They have very reasonable prices but the service and honesty is far and away the best of any shop I've been too. These guys are qualified and honest. They are the local "Benchmark" as far as auto repairs in our area. I am a backyard mechanic and sometimes I have something i would rather have done by someone else. These are the only guys I deal with. When I first came to town in 2001 everyone steered me here as the most qualified reliable place in town. All the people I have directed to go here have gotten quotes on work prior and shown me their results. Top Line was always competitive, and for my dollar why take a gamble when these guys have done it right for years and years. The last job they did for me was head gaskets and a valve job in a 1999 taurus. Did a flawless job, had the heads back from the machine shop immediately, finished faster than promised. Car runs better than ever. These guys have a long track record with all my friends some who happen to be certified mechanics at various car Stealer-ships in the area. They direct their friends here and do business with them also just like me! read more

Admittedly had acceptable service in the past, but I'm done with them now. I bought 4 tires and an alignment for about $800. They did a crappy alignment and didn't mention the truck needing tie rod ends, so the new tires wore out in about 8000 miles (2.5 months). I told them I thought "fair" would be redoing the alignment for free and replacing the tires for 20% of what I paid for them since I got less than 20% of the mileage I could reasonably expect. I'd be fine with paying for the tie rod ends, since they apparently were shot. I got a flat "No". They sold me two tires "at cost" (45% of the 'sale price' I paid), charged me an additional $240 for tie rod end replacement, and then wanted to charge me for the alignment AGAIN (I refused and they relented on that point). And then they had the gall to ask me to sign a warranty sheet so THEY could get the tires reimbursed under warranty after I paid for replacements! I consider that very shady and undeserving of repeat business. There are three other shops that do what Top Line does within 1/2 mile of them. I'm picking one of those. Never again going to Top Line. read more
