For under $400, this business diagnosed the problem, got the part, fixed the issue and sent me on my way in less than forty-eight hours. The difference was they told me straight out what my issues were by the diagnostic number--no imperious patronizing, thank you--advised what parts were needed and treated me as if I, as a single woman, were capable of understanding the mechanism causing the problem. The waiting area is clean and comfortable if you have to wait while they work on your car. I can't say enough good things about this small, family business except to say they've been in business for over thirty years. Their treatment of me is the reason why. I highly recommend these folks. After the extended wait, the only information provided was that the tyre could not be fixed. Crucially, no replacement tyre was offered, nor was there any explanation provided for why another tyre could not be offered. I left the shop after 6:00 PM. They only thing they did was change out the leaking tyre for my donut. The lack of service and removal of the wrong tyre and the aggressive upselling tactics resulted in a total waste of my time. I request clarification regarding your service priorities and why a replacement tyre option was not presented.
