This waste service has (failed) to provide waste disposal service pursuant to their contract with…read morethe city of Ralls, Texas for my neighborhood since I move here nearly 9 years ago. They often skip a week, and on one or two occasions, skipped two weeks, though their contract with Ralls requires weekly pick-up of trash. I live in the edge of town and when the dumpster overflows, wild animals rip apart the bags, scattering trash onto my property. Triple C usually picks up the trash on Thursdays, but did not this week (the week beginning 2/15/2015). I complained with the city several times, since I am paying for a service that I frequently do not receive. The city employees always make excuses for the trash company, claiming that the dumpster probably had something in it that was illegal, but they apparently never call the trash company to complain. We keep a close watch on this dumpster, and on one occasion I complaied to the city about an illegal object, and they said to wait and see if Tripple C picked it up anyway. They did. We sometimes monitor the dumpster with a camera. I have never seen the truck drivers get out of their trucks to inspect any dumpster in this town. I always make sure the dumpster lid is down, and I have, on several occasions, taken trash out of the dumpster to take to alternate dumpsters downtown, near city hall. There dumpsters are provided for such occasions when we cannot get all the trash to fit in the neighborhood dumpster. This morning, at 9:00 a.m., I called Triple C again to ask if the trash dumpster would be emptied this week, and the lady that answered the phone suggested that someone from out-of-town may be putting trash in there after the haulers pick it up. Not true. My wife put a special-designed bag of trash in the dumpster on Monday, February 15, and it is still there, clearly visible among the rest of the trash. The dumpster definitely has not been emptied by Triple C this week.
