I think some is from local suppliers. Everything is very clean and nicely arranged. I bought some honey, natural soaps, and soft beverages for gifts. One thing that has changed from years ago is that they now carry a range of CBD remedies. I'm sure they have many other useful items that I don't remember now. It smelled like patchouli, sandalwood, and palo santo. I liked the variety of vitamins and other natural products in the store, including their selection of spices and herbs. The cafe is located in the back with seating inside and outside. My husband ordered the Harvest Salad and a soup and I had the Tuna Salad on a wrap with soup. Both of our meals were excellent and what we wanted for a healthy lunch. The Thai soup was flavorful and delicious, the tuna salad was light and fresh, and the harvest salad was fresh and the mix of the Gorgonzola cheese with the apples was very good. Consequently I thought that I would contact the homeopathic company directly which I did and ordered the remedy. It came in 3 days. I would have thought that they would have had the decency to at least call me and let me know what was going on.
