I am furious. I was notified by email yesterday that my auto-pay was suddenly declined with an…read moreactive credit card. I was on the phone with four reps, explaining this in the most polite terms. I got two hang-ups and by the fourth rep and two hours on the phone, I simply gave another card, because I was told I would have to transfer to another line to ensure payment. Then, I received a new email that the "new" card payment is declined. There is no problem with this card either. Previously, I have had other issues with pick-up. I see several negative reviews on the site recently. Go elsewhere, if you have local options. GFL is a disaster.
