The store is nice and clean. There is a big selection of toys and lingerie and they carry plus size lingerie which makes me extremely happy :) I felt happy about getting some new lingerie and toys. You automatically feel extremely comfortable and no one stares or follows you around the store. One thing set me completely off and the main reason I gave this place 2 stars. I'm typically around a 2XL in regular clothing but lingerie runs smaller so i got a 3XL and a 4XL to try on to make sure i had the right size, since lingerie is pretty pricey. I asked for a fitting room, which i could have just walked in because its just an area with a curtain, but i didn't want the worker to get upset or think i was trying to steal anything so i asked if i could try it on. She then looked at me head to toe and asked "make sure its your size so you wont rip it" and then literally asked if she could see the size on the lingerie. I was so offended, and humiliated she said this loud enough to turn heads. I didn't want to look like an idiot so i tried on the stuff and was debating between two outfits. I couldn't make up my mind so i left the store. I returned the next day (only because i couldn't find plus lingerie anywhere else) with my hair and make up done so i could make a decision she gave me the worst attitude and again repeated "make sure its your size so you wont rip it". THIS BITCH. I tried it on, and walked up to the register. when she saw i was buying something her attitude immediately changed, she was nice and gave me a free condom. Sad how when it came to her getting paid she decided to be nice. I will NOT return. So rude, and offending. read more

I was pretty shy about going into this store because other similar stores I had ventured to made me feel uncomfortable. As soon as I stepped into Couples M.O. I instantly felt comfortable. This store has great lighting and is incredibly clean and well taken care of. They have a ton of merchandise that is organized well and I was able to find what I needed. The lady that owns the place was very kind and helpful. The main thing that Couples MO has that a lot of adult stores don't is plus size lingerie/stockings for more curvy females. They have many different styles that are all very sexy and classy. Their prices also seem to be a lot cheaper than other stores I have gone to and even online. I really recommend checking out Couples MO the next time you are looking for something to make you feel amazing!!! read more

When it first opened up, I had the coupons and the cashier was friendly and helpful-as others have mentioned, the store is clean and not sleazy-it seems to be modeled on the ConRev stores, though they are much more helpful and instructional there. However, on my latest visits to the store-no nice friendly cashier, only Dragon Lady who acts like you are really disturbing her if you ask her to help you find something. My fiance likes catsuits, and I wanted to surprise him. The selection was not very good, and when I asked for all black, she said they didn't make them. It is also somewhat hard to understand her, as she is Korean and not great with English pronunciation. I asked to check the receipt to make sure I had gotten the proper discount, as she didn't calculate it for me, and she got really frosty and said I better not open the package or no return. Okay, it was around 10:15 on Sunday, maybe she had a bad day. My fiance didn't like the pink accents, so I brought it back on Tuesday. She was having a personal conversation with a job applicant right by the register. I stood around awhile and said, "Excuse me, this will only take a minute. I need to return this." Again, the frosty glare and she ignored me. I spent another 10 minutes waiting, and then got annoyed. Is this any way to show a potential employee good customer service? Once again, I approached and stated my business. She was finished with her conversation, other people were waiting for service. I took it out of the bag, and showed her it had not been opened. She got angry and lost any finesse she might ever have had. "No return, no return" in broken Englsih was all she kept saying. I showed her once again that it was pristine, and I had my receipt. She turned her back to me. I told her I was going to take it up with my credit card company, and I damn sure will. By the way, the batteries and bullet that I got there, though pricey, were very short lived. AVOID THIS PLACE!!! There are better deals on line and you don't get treated like a leper read more

Went in today looking for a few new toys for my husband and I. I'm usually pretty loyal to Secret Desires but thought I would give Couples MO a try. They have a large selection of lingerie as well as a plus size section (which had a lot more selection than I would have thought). They also have a pretty wide selection of toys for men and women. So there is really no shortage of products for just about everyone. But the older Asian woman that was there was slightly rude and not very knowledgeable on the toys. And they do not have any of the products available to open to allow you to get a feel for what you are buying (or thinking about buying). Secret Desires will at least take it out of its packaging for you to allow you to see what you're about to get in to and then bring you out a fresh unopened box for you to take home. I will definitely be back for the lingerie selection but for now I think I will continue to go to Secret Desires for any new toys read more

This place really needs some type of return policy. I went in today to buy some lingerie. They had some out to view and try on but most of the selection was in boxes that couldn't be opened until after purchasing. I should have know by that not to buy. The lady that helped me was very nice she seemed knowledgeable. I looked around for a while trying to decide on an outfit based on a small picture of each box with a perfectly shaped model on it. Finally decided on one and this is what upset me...I wasn't told till after my card went through that there were no return or exchanges once the box was open!!!! Would have been nice to know ahead of time. The material is awful and looks so cheap. I can't even put it on for my husband I'm embarrassed to say I chose that horrible quality outfit to wear on our anniversary. A compete waste of $50 I should have just ordered online or went to Victoria secret for the amount I spent on what was supposed to be a sexy surprise for my husband. Then I go to my car and some creep that was in the store was just standing around the parking lot. I got into my car and in a startled hurry hit a pole bc he was starting to approach and I was frightened. So now a few hundred dollars later and no special surprise for my husband I can say I will never go back! Consider at least returning if it's a same day purchase!!
