    This car dealership specializes in harassment. I've been in sales throughout my career, and these…read morepeople take their sales tactics to a whole other level. I simply called to see if they still had a van I saw online, and they kept calling me to try to set up appointments to see the van, even even though I clearly said after the first call that I did not know when I would able to come in. But they kept pushing to contact me and set up an appointment. I received multiple automated and personal texts, even though I opted out of the first automated one. Still continued to receive them. And I have received texts, calls, and voicemails from 2 sales representatives for the past 3 days. They do NOT take no for an answer, and they do not get the hint. Even after I called to tell them I was reporting them if they contacted me again, the guy called me right back and texted me to ask when I would be available to see the van. Are you kidding me? Yeah, don't waste your time going to this business, unless you like getting chased.

I took my 2019 Jeep under 60,000 miles and got home after…read morethey said they fixed was leaking oil and took back they said fixed again then took to another dealership and they said I need new engine. Called Jim Zarns the Manager which is arrogant and rude and stated they did nothing wrong. Beware is all I can say because in the last month after we have told everyone what is going on more and more stories people have told us of Courtesy doing this to people. We have contacted an attorney now that the other dealership is fixing under the warranty that Courtesy should have. I don't want this to happen to anyone else!!!!!
