When we arrived at the dealership we were told the car was not there and had been given out as a loner vehicle and would now be considered as a used car and none of the pricing and new car incentives would apply. I've never had to pay to use a program car over night from ANY dealership! The warranty that I purchased covered less than 80% of the bill. The service department is shady and rude. I regret the decision to buy from this place. It will be the last business they receive from me. Highly disappointed and irate.

But they kept pushing to contact me and set up an appointment. I received multiple automated and personal texts, even though I opted out of the first automated one. Still continued to receive them. And I have received texts, calls, and voicemails from 2 sales representatives for the past 3 days. They do NOT take no for an answer, and they do not get the hint. Even after I called to tell them I was reporting them if they contacted me again, the guy called me right back and texted me to ask when I would be available to see the van. Are you kidding me? Yeah, don't waste your time going to this business, unless you like getting chased.
