The MaryJo review below is a tad off. MaryJo arrived just after 6 and stated they didn't know how long it would take to get there. Our doors officially opened at 7 PM, and while we did allow MaryJo and hour before early entry to cool down, the band members arrived on schedule for their performance. We apologize if this led to any misunderstanding about their punctuality, as their internal arrival times are not part of our publicized schedule. Doors opened at 7 for all other attendees. The band members all arrived on time. Not one other person left the building until after they were finished enjoying the music, dancing, and even meeting the band! Their positive feedback, and requests to have the band back truly mean a lot to us.
In addition, the Julie M. was given a credit towards another show of her choice because Julie M could not make the rescheduled show.
We did not ever say "oh well". We explained, twice, that she purchased her tickets in January 2025 and that the email sent to her was to remind her and all ticket holders of the new date. Unfortunately, the ticket system does not allow us to pick and choose who we send email reminders to. Julie M. must have misunderstood the email response to her that she is referring to and "oh well" answer. That is not the case. She was told she has a standing credit that she can use anytime and was given to her when she asked for it. And when we first told her in January of 2025 she was given the opportunity to get a refund. Julie opted for a credit, of which does not expire. We are perplexed with the threat to never return and to put a bad review on every place she can rate us on.
Regarding the comments from MaryJo, we understand there might have been some confusion about the band's arrival. We're so glad to hear that everyone who stayed had a wonderful time,
As for Julie M.'s review, we're genuinely sorry if there was any misunderstood communications. We certainly never said "oh well" and tried to assure Julie that a credit for a future show was indeed provided when she couldn't make the rescheduled date. When the show was rescheduled in January 2025, all ticket holders, including Julie, were given the option of a refund or a credit. Julie chose the credit, which does not expire and can be used at her convenience. We tried to, again, explain the email she received was a general reminder and sent to all ticket holders about the new date, as our system doesn't allow for selective reminders. We're truly perplexed by the threat of negative reviews, as we believe we've been accommodating and transparent, and ghave julie what she requested, throughout this entire process.
