Today one of the stylist of the St. Johns's Smart Style (located in the Walmart store) traumatized…read morea three year old non verbal Autistic little boy. This little boy could do nothing other than scream and cry as he was held down and they continued to cut his hair with buzz clippers. Now I realize they may not have known his situation however a big clue was his behavior. If an adult was held down screaming and crying by another adult while a stylist cut their hair they both would have been charged with assault, because the little boy was three no charges were filed. Check your cameras before you deny he was held down. We've worked weeks to get him to let us touch his hair to the point of being able to cut it. Now we have to start all over. I also know he screamed and cried the whole time. It is unconscionable that the stylist continued to cut the little boys hair, yes his father(non custody) was also responsible but I never said he was a decent father or person. They also had no way of knowing if this child was the man's that brought him in.
