The shop is part of a larger group of boutiques and a cafe housed in what was once a large mill. I looked at the plentiful selection and found what I wanted. I would have given this five stars but the owner/manager of the shop was not there, apparently only is in the shop a few days a week so the manager of another nearby shop rang up my purchase and wound the yarn for me. Part of a wonderful shop catering to crafts or art is having a knowledgeable staff person to ask questions of or discuss yarn qualities. A great place to purchase yarn and surroundings in which to browse but lacking a hands-on presence.

Get card machines that work! This Walmart just replaced a bunch of their machines and got new cards…read morereaders. I went to self checkout today and had to insert my card about 8 times and then swipe it which didn't work (it's a brand new card btw). The gentleman next to me was having the same issue and was getting angry off too. He was saying he'd never had that issue anywhere else. If it was just me and my bank I wouldn't care, but it's multiple people and many banks. Now that they have got new card readers it seems to be worse and more frequent now.This isn't a new thing either, I've been shamed by an employee for not "having enough money" but when I went outside my account had more than enough money to pay for my bill. Do better Walmart, you guys have got enough money to do so.
