This shop is in the Old Mill area which is a great historical spot in Salem and the shop has a great selection of yarn. The shop is part of a larger group of boutiques and a cafe housed in what was once a large mill. I looked at the plentiful selection and found what I wanted. I would have given this five stars but the owner/manager of the shop was not there, apparently only is in the shop a few days a week so the manager of another nearby shop rang up my purchase and wound the yarn for me. Part of a wonderful shop catering to crafts or art is having a knowledgeable staff person to ask questions of or discuss yarn qualities. A great place to purchase yarn and surroundings in which to browse but lacking a hands-on presence.

The print quality was great it took only a few hrs and their costumer service was genuine. I called ahead asking their capabilities, the young lady on the phone was polite and knowledgeable and asked me to e-mail my files ahead of time. When i got there she had all of my files ready to be viewed and all we had to do was pick out a font for some lettering(she made the easy as well). For my needs they were well within my last minute budget and even willing to work with me on prices. I would gladly give them my business in the future and would happily recommend them to any of my friends and family.
