I wish I had enjoyed our stay since we will have to return to the Burbank area continually throughout the year. The double queen room itself was not bad. Comfortable mattress. The bathroom wall deco looked like it hadn't been cleaned. With splashes of who knows what on it... we had to request for our room to be cleaned and that never happened one time during our four night stay.. In Covid times one would think the opposite should happen. I complained during my check out and all I heard was a sad "sorry"... really?!? I cancelled my reservation well before the cancellation date (got the cancellation number emailed to me), then the Courtyard Marriott Sedona still charged me and said I was a "no show." I spoke with a couple staff members who assured me I would get refunded, but still showed up on my credit card. I called to follow up, spoke with the Manager who would not even let me complete a sentence, then hung up on me. Great Service shown to your Bonvoy Member. Very disappointed. I have everything documented, will cancel/dispute through my credit card company. Now you have a bad review on social media for a mere $300-$400. I gave "2" stars instead of "1" because it looks, at least on-line, like a decent place to stay, but the "manager" at Courtyard Marriott Sedona should get some training in customer service. This Courtyard by Marriott is conveniently located in a shopping center, right off the I-5 Freeway in Burbank. This hotel located not too far from the Bob Hope Burbank Airport and just north of downtown Los Angeles. It is clean and comfortable. I am giving a 3-star rating because I had stayed here years ago and was not charged a parking fee for self-parking in their parking lot, which is part of a large shopping center parking lot. I only stayed for a night and it wasn't too bad. The check in process was easy, quick, and the employee was friendly. The lobby was nice and the hotel bar/restaurant was ok. They even had a happy hour so I was able to get a glass of good wine for cheap. The room was clean and comfortable, so no complaints there. The elevator was slow and small. It seemed like it took forever for it to get to the floor after pushing the button. They charge $15/night for parking, which is a rip off. I guess I just don't understand why I need to pay to park my car in a regular degular parking lot. I didn't see security or anything, so I'm not sure why the fee was needed. There are a lot of options for food within walking distance if you're into chain restaurants. There's also a Target in walking distance, which was perfect for me because I always seem to forget things when I travel. It was reasonably priced and...it was a Courtyard. read more

This Marriott was still remodeling during my recent visit. I was disappointed with the service and with my room, but when I checked out, I did speak with a helpful, friendly staff member who credited my account for 1 night, which I thought was fair. See my review below about the problems I encountered. Unpleasant experience upon checking in! )-; I wanted a relaxing stay and NOT a fire drill. Upon checking in I got a quiet room on the 4th floor as requested. But the female staff member said it's a handicapped room without a bathtub. I didn't want a handicapped room, but that's what was available. My pregnant daughter and I dragged my luggage up to the room, but I didn't like the shower head, as it wasn't installed properly, and it was impossible to aim it at a reasonable angle. Yes, I always check the shower when I enter a room. The bathroom did have a bathtub, but the shower head wasn't installed properly. So I had to return to the front desk to get a new room, dragging my luggage down again. I was assigned a new room, and the lady at the front desk assured me it was a quiet room. I waited in the lobby as she said someone would help me with my luggage, but nobody came, so I dragged my luggage back up again! I was accompanied by my pregnant daughter, and I speak with a great deal of experience when I say that if your luggage has 4 wheels, it will NOT be easy to maneuver on the carpeted hallways of this Marriott. When I found my new room, it wasn't a quiet room, as it was right next to housekeeping. )-; I called the front desk, and the female staff member said someone would meet me at the original room and we could exchange key cards. But on my way to the elevator, the FIRE ALARM went off and the doors closed locking the elevator! 0-: I had to drag my luggage down 3 flights of stairs to exit the building. I was worried that my pregnant daughter was trapped in the elevator, as she had gone on ahead of me. I was alarmed. I should also mention that my doc told me I shouldn't be handling my own luggage, as it's not good for my shoulder, and here I was bumping down 3 flights of stairs with my luggage. But when I walked outside and around to the lobby the staff said they were testing the fire alarm! I explained what I went through but they didn't seem to care. There was a female and a male staff member at the front desk. The woman seemed bewildered, and the man seemed hostile. Neither offered any apology nor any help. I still had my luggage, and since the fire alarm was still acting up, I couldn't get to my room anyway. Since the fire alarm was going off and on and I couldn't get back up to my room, I took my luggage out to the car with me. I had to wait til after dinner to get my son-in-law to help me get the luggage to my room. In my room on the 4th floor, the AC smelled musty and only had 1 fan speed, which was too high. Therefore I had to keep the AC on 72 degrees, to prevent it from blasting away. The room was a little stuffy at night, and the windows don't open, of course. They gave me a handicapped room, and the shower head wasn't installed properly, so the water sprays off at an odd angle no matter what you do. The train is loud even at 1:30am, so it disturbed my sleep, which is annoying when you have to get up early. Loud guests were down at the firepit by the pool on Saturday night, past 11:00. Even though my room was on the 4th floor, the windows clearly aren't soundproof at all. I didn't like my recent experience at this Marriott, although my 1st visit a while ago was better. I'm a Silver Elite Marriott member, and I normally count on Marriott properties to be reliable. When this Marriott is finished with their remodel, maybe I will give them another chance. I was going to make this a 2-star review, but a sympathetic woman at the front desk upon check-out did credit my account for 1 night, and that does help. read more

I've stayed here on 2 different occasions and enjoyed my stay both times. I like the location, the free parking and the recent renovations to the property. The lobby is typical of most Courtyard by Marriot properties. It's modern with plenty, I mean plenty of seating options. They have little chairs & couches by The Bistro to have a meal. They even have little booths with their own DirecTV enabled flat screens so you can enjoy some viewing while having a meal. Speaking of The Bistro, I like that Courtyards have them as I can get a real meal on site and not have to drive or walk anywhere if I choose not to. I usually get the bistro burger with bacon & cheese and have never been disappointed. The bread is great, the patty is tasty, bacon is smoky and the melted american cheese is perfect. I get mine without the bistro sauce which is essentially 1000 island dressing. The fries that it comes with are extra crispy and I love that... Ok. Back to the hotel experience... Both times I've stayed, the front desk/registration staff have always been very accommodating. I always ask for a room on one of the higher floors and towards the end of the hallway. And even though this Courtyard is only 4 floors, they've been nice enough to put me on the 4th floor and very far away from the elevator... I want peace and I want quiet. If anyone's gonna be noisy, it's gonna be me! Hahah... That's not gonna happen. I'm not like that. The rooms are nicely decorated. A lot of grey tones which I like. The first thing I noticed was the 42" Samsung SmarTV flat screens in the room(s). I've never seen a modern TV that big in any single room suite that I've stayed in. Not even in all my stays in Vegas. I though it was awesome... The TV is great. The bed is super comfortable. I've always booked a king bed and the cali king bed is super comf as it is spacious. They really did it right. I like the desk with the modern ergonomic chair. I also like the couch or chair that has a small table that can be used to place your food on while you eat from there. All positives in my book. The only thing I would change is to have more closet space and to get rid of the accordion-like opening of the mirrored closet door. The bathroom is spacious and has enough counter space to host 2 toiletry bags with room to spare. Coffee machine is complimentary. There is a small fridge. They should have a separate receptacle for recyclables... Another small thing I like is that the ironing board is super padded. So nice because there is nothing worse than ironing on metal and your clothes are indented with the holes of the ironing board. I recommend the Marriott Courtyard Burbank... I'm a Marriott Rewards member and this one was one of the better Courtyards I've stayed at... Cant forget the small market section you can buy snacks/drinks by registration when The Bistro has closed. Starbucks coffee is also served at The Bistro as well as alcohol (beer/wine/mixed drinks)... There is a pool, jacuzzi and fire place in the courtyard. Lots of palm trees. So Southern California... read more

It was a nice place for a quick visit to Burbank. Next to a big shopping area with a target and multiple other stores and eateries. Super convenient. They have a small cafe that has some good food. Love their Brussels sprouts appetizer. Staff is also extremely nice Rooms are spacious and clean. Outdoor area behind hotel is also nice, they have a good sized pool and tiki torches lighting the way. Also a lot of outside seating and bonfire. There's 2 elevators, one per wing, so it does take a while to wait for the next one. read more

My stay here was using my points. The rooms here were pretty modern and nicely done. I liked the colors and patterns on the wall. Service was great. Staff is great. We've been staying here for almost 2 months as we are relocated from our Porter Ranch home. So we should know best about the quality of service and staff here. The staff is welcoming, helpful and our housekeeper X is exceptional. We are homesick, I miss our house and privacy but Burbank Airport Marriott has helped alleviate some of that by making us feel welcomed. I would absolutely stay here again. read more

I did enjoy my stay here; however, I don't know if I got my money's worth. So here are the positives. The atmosphere is very modern and our view was great. We had a balcony that looked into the mountains.The courtyard is very nice and includes a fire pit which I thought was a nice touch for the evenings. There are some amenities here that don't matter to me, but also are not a negative. They have a "restaurant" inside, its more of a bistro. I did not eat here, because it seemed to be overpriced and there are so many affordable, delicious restaurants in the area that I would rather experience. They also have a "market" which is essentially a snack and drinks closet that again is overpriced. This hotel is right next to Walmart and target, so you can get the same goods there for half the price. However, I recognize some people probably love these features, they just don't move the needle for me in either direction. The two areas that disappointed me were the gym and the pool/hot tub. I really enjoy doing full body interval training and this gym really does not allow for that. It barely has room for two people to do pushups at the same time. That being said, most hotels are behind in this area in my opinion. Too many treadmills not enough dynamic workout options. My second complaint is more of a user be aware. I used their pool and hot tub twice, and while I was in it I was very happy, but then 24 hours after my second dip I was not so happy. Within 24 hours of swimming and lounging in the hot tub I got an infection. I am pretty sure it was from the hot tub due to the fact that bacteria loves to live in hot areas. I would suggest that the managers keep an eye on their chemical levels and do more regular testing. So overall, I did enjoy my stay, but I was not wow'd. Considering this hotel is on the pricier side I had higher expectations. The service there was fine, but I could've had the same experience for significantly cheaper at a holiday inn or somewhere similar. If you need a place to stay near the airport, this might be a good option, but you can probably find better value elsewhere. read more

Stayed here for 1 night to go to Universal Studios. It was way better than the Sheraton next to Universal Studios. Cleaner, better parking, 2 swimming pools. The only down side was they only had 2 shuttles to take you to Universal Studios at 9am and noon (a little too late if you want to get an early start on the rides). We enjoyed to pool, but there were no pool towels available when we went to swim, we took the gym towels instead; there were lots of those available. read more

Disappointing. Remodeled the building but not the staff. Twenty minutes for Bkfst in an empty dining room at 6:15. Trash outside and on sleeping floor. Nice fire pit and courtyard but don't even THINK of enjoying an evening cigar. That you can only do standing up in a dirty smoking zone unsheltered and strewn w trash. Noisy, cheap, broken handle on toilet requiring taking off the lid to pull the chain, no breakfast of any kind included, took ten minutes for hot water to reach our shower. Our room was on the top floor (4th). At around 10pm, a very loud, deep hum began. Turns out some machine on the roof was the culprit. There was no escaping it. A call to the front desk yeilded an offer for us to move to another room. Well, we were in bed by that time. Who wants to pack and move? Anyway, their "engineer" was sent up and once he heard the noise he knew it was from the roof. Twenty minutes later the sound stopped. Kudos to the maintenance man. None to Marriott. For nearly $200 a night there should be zero issues. read more

Courtyard by Marriott, 2100 Empire Avenue, Burbank CA. I stayed here for 1 week. First of all, the overall property outside of the rooms was immaculate. Very clean and well maintained for the most part. Also the workout room was small but decent and clean. I can't recall his name, (it maybe Rene, but a heavy set (Mexican) gentleman was all over the hotel cleaning, maintaining, delivering towels and generally taking care of things at this property. He deserved special recognition for his hard work and commitment to this property. The rooms however were a very different story. When we arrived we were placed into a Handicapped room, which for some reason is never as clean as the rest of the rooms. The first room that we received had very dirty upholstered furniture. Some upholstery cleaner would have and 5 minutes taken care of that. The microwaves were dirty inside and out. The refrigerators were spray painted and dented. They did work however. The next day after our arrival we were transferred to another "cleaner" room. The upholstery was still dirty, but not as dirty as the previous room. I recommended cleaning all of the upholstery in every room. The rooms were not vacuumed daily. After three days, I asked the non-english speaking Housekeeper to please vacuum my room. She actually handed me the vacuum cleaner with a smile. I vacuumed my own room and took pictures of myself doing it. And the General Manager here, Mr. James Fitzpatrick, is an embarrassment to the Marriott chain. Every single day that I stayed at this property, (1 week) I requested to meet with or have the GM call me. Even though he was on property according to staff I never did hear from him. I wonder what he thought would happen from ignoring a customer who requested to hear from him? Not even a phone call or an email. Well, now he knows. A Yelp review that is unflattering! At one point I did receive an email from the Asst. General manager, Abby Bartel apologizing and giving me credit for one nights stay due to the uncleanness of the first room. Still, in my email reply to her, I requested to hear from the GM. Nothing. One more bright spot was a front desk clerk named, Ms. Cashekia. She made sure we were moved to a "cleaner" room and that we were on the top floor as well. She was professional, courteous, friendly and most of all "available", in addressing my concerns. Kudos to Ms. Cashekia. Maybe she should be the General Manager there. Depending on where you travel, Courtyards by Marriott, were once the clean, well manged and maintained places for Business and Family travelers, are now a hit or miss proposition. This is true particularly if you go to one's near tourist attractions. The Courtyards in these areas are typically sold out and the quality goes down because they will rent the rooms regardless of shortcomings. You would think that with those successes would come more attention to cleanliness and image and not less, Shame on Marriott. If your name really matters, act like it! read more

Exterior: very clean and well kept and plenty of parking and next to great little shops and restaurants...Target, Best Buy, Marshalls, TJMaxx, Nordstrom Rack, to name a few...eatery: great steak, panda express, sharky's Mexican grill, starbucks just to many to list! Interior: lovely, rooms are great size, very clean. Pool area is great, outdoor in the back-they have a fire pit with comfy chairs and tiki torches throughout. We spent 3 nights hanging around this area...loved it! We felt like we were somewhere tropical! We had a clean, room with a view of the pool. I was happy to find out that the pool was also open. Of course we had to follow social distancing guidelines. This hotel is grossly overpriced for an old outdated property. You won't find any USB ports here as expected in a modern Courtyard property. The carpet is very worn. We were hit with an unexpected $18 fee to park overnight. There are no mobile keys here even though the Bonvoy app wIll falsely tell you that your mobile key is being processed. The front desk clerk gave us a rundown of the hotel like a Universal tram guide that was so impersonal. If you are going to drop this kind of money, just stay at the Marriott down the street. read more

Not impressed for the money. I stayed for 3 nights. Hotel charges $18 per day for parking. No free coffee in lobby. No free Continental breakfast. My toilet was broken (rm 206) After every single flush I had to stick my hand into the tank of the toilet to fix the rubber stopper. On morning of day 2 I called lobby and requested housekeeping service. I was told to place all towels on ground in a pile. Came back to room that night to find that no housekeeping happened. I had to call down for towels and toilet paper. I am very confident that next time I stay in that area that I can find a nicer hotel with better services for less money. Next year when I am back in the area to visit family for the holidays I will stay somewhere else read more

I stay here for work every month or so for work and have a great experience everytime. It's clean, accommodating and convenient. The greeting staff is always very kind and helpful. I came in last time and had forgot my cell charger and a wine opener. They provided me with both and it was super helpful. The beds are comfortable, soft and clean. The bathrooms are always clean as well and of good size. I like that the rooms are modern and simple in decor and colors. I will continue to stay here. read more

The bottom of the barrel of Courtyard Marriott hotels. Feels like a Super 8 upgrade hotel. Our reservation was for two days with a Universal Studios Hollywood package deal. The room had hair throughout the bathroom area when we checked in. On the second day, the bathroom tub had not been cleaned and I had two pillowcases with stains on them. Worst of all, when my family returned to the hotel around 8pm, the two ladies working the front desk were so consumed with their conversation that they did not acknowledge my family walking right by in front of them. They were laughing with each other. I looked their way, expecting a "welcome back" so I could greet them. I've grown accustomed to the outstanding Courtyard service such as the one in Cypress, CA. I will definitely avoid ever staying at this Courtyard again. This hotel does not deserve the Courtyard Marriott title. Upon check-out, I noticed that I had a pending charge of $20 for this Courtyard on a credit card that I had not used to purchase the Universal Studios trip package. I am a Marriott Rewards customer, so I have two credit cards on my rewards account, neither of which I used to purchase the trip package. I informed someone at the front desk that I was very upset that one of their employees used a credit card on my rewards account as a hold WITHOUT MY PERMISSION! I was not even told they were doing it! I know the pending charge hold will fall off of my bank account after a few days, but this is unacceptable to do without a customer's permission. One of the credit cards on my account is for official government work only. If they had charged the other credit card, I could have been in hot water with my employer!! Awful hotel!!! read more

Courtyard Burbank Airport When I checked in, the check-in person said they overbooked the rooms and that they would make up for the inconvenience by not charging for parking and by upgrading the room to a suite. We went to the room and we found out there was only one bed and a sofa bed in the seating area. I went back to the front desk and told him I was expecting two regular beds and because I have back issues a sofa bed would not good for my back. He then set us up with a room with two queen beds like we had originally reserved (but was told was overbooked), but when we got there the bedroom reeked with the smell of cigarettes--the person that stayed there before us had clearly been smoking in that room. I called the front desk and told him that the new room smells like cigarettes, which was a safety hazard for my daughter who has asthma and is extremely sensitive to smoke. Finally, after being forced to run around the hotel through multiple floors, this third room was finally fine, with the two queen beds we had originally reserved and without the smell of smoke. I am extremely upset that they would supposedly overbook the rooms and expect us to change rooms to something with less beds than we had originally reserved. We were then forced to run around with all of our luggage and bags to each new room while we were all exhausted from traveling and spending most of our day at a amusement park. The last thing we wanted to find ourselves doing was playing musical chairs with hotel rooms for almost 45 minutes. And after all that ordeal to find there actually was availability of the room we had originally reserved, added insult to injury, were we being lied to this whole time? This was the worst experience we've ever had and it makes us reconsider staying at Marriott hotels if it is part of the policy to overbook rooms and/or mislead customers into believing that the room they reserved was unavailable. They gave us $50 off during check out but still charged us for parking and a $10 fee. read more

My husband had a medical emergency in the middle of the night 12:30pm so I went to the front desk to find out where the nearest hospital was. I was told by the front desk person that he didn't know where the hospital was because he doesn't live here. He offered no help at all. Service was good but the stay was horrible, when we first got to the room it was no remote so we asked for another one. The next day we actually found the remote, it was made up in the bed sheets which means they never changed the sheets and bed covering. Very disgusting. The tv barely worked, prices are ridiculously high for a horrible room. The bed was bad it gave my dad bad neck pain. We wanted to use the couch bed but found a disgusting stained mattress. We asked for another one, but didn't get it. So I had to sleep crunched up on the sofa the entire stay. We tried to get a room with two beds but was told we couldn't because it wasn't any rooms. So they said. Just never again. One more thing there was mold at the top of the ceiling in the bathroom. Sucks that you had to pay for breakfast usually it's included with the stay. Location is good - Near many amenities. Check in went well staff was efficient. The room was in poor shape. Mattress was old and sagging , Room was dirty. I don't understand why we have a profile on what we need in our room if the team doesn't do it ?? Extra towels and pillows and it wasn't there. Homeless in the parking lot coming up to your car asking for money.. I have been a member for 20 years and travel all over the US I would rather stay at an outdated courtyard that is clean and ran well then a renovated one that is lacking .. This hotel is close to universal which is why I selected it. But it is a bit of a distance to anywhere else you want to go in LA. However, this place is immaculate. I can't say enough about how great our stay was. The staff is so wonderful. They have breakfast, a bar in the evening, a pool, outside seating to relax, and there are restaurants and convenience stores like Olive Garden, outback, a taco place, a burger place, sushi place, liquor store, target and Walmart right next door. There is a Starbucks and cafe in the hotel in the morning and a bar in the evening. The only down side is that you have to request daily room service if you want clean towels, have them trash taken out or the linens changed. I didn't know that so I was a bit taken back by that but it wasn't a game changer. I spent a bit of money on Ubers to get to all the LA places but it was still cheaper than renting a car, gas and parking. I would definitely stay here if coming to LA again because it's away from the craziness of it all. read more

I was going to stay at this Marriott towards the end of May 2022. During the reservation process I communicated I did not wish to move forward with the reservation. Marriott put the charge on credit card anyway without my permission and never provided a confirmation number. Their customer service was no help. They never get back to me with any updates despite promising to do so. Finally, I reached their management team and they were no help! The management person I spoke with was rude and uncooperative. Ok, this is a 3.5 star for me. Negatives: no free breakfast anymore, ice machine on my floor was broken, and every time I got on the elevator I wasn't quite sure if it was going to make it (creeeeeek, POP, moooooooan)... Positives: very helpful staff, freshly renovated, and on-site laundry. The negatives seem pretty self explanatory so here's the skinny on the Positives. All of the floors still smelled of new paint and furniture. Bed was super comfy and about half of the TV channels were in HD. I had been on the road for a little over a week so I decided to do laundry before flying out after my single night stay. Guess what else?!? Free detergent and dryer sheets! Score! For the price I would go for a cheaper option and stay at the Radisson right behind. It was also recently reno'd and $100 cheaper a night when I booked. did a quick 1-night stay here for a trip to Universal Studios...wanted something nice, not too far away, and a good price and this was it. The location is close to burbank airport if that's what you're looking for. I didn't hear any airplanes at all so if you're worried about that, don't be. However I did hear a train or coaster go by sunday morning like 8am so that was lame. This spot is right on the edge of a strip mall too..so you are right next to Target, Marshalls, Outback, and some other spots...so that's convenient. Anyhow, parking is simple around the perimeter of the hotel...and free. I also saw they have hertz car rental on site if you need it. Walk inside and the hotel looks uber-modern...definitely did not feel like a courtyard marriot...more like boutique-modern hotel. The front desk guy was zombie-like and boring...not a smile..no biggie. Once you leave the lobby though the place seems a bit dated...biggest indicator was that they only had 1 elevator to serve the 4 floors. I guess there could of been one at the other end as well but I never checked as our room was closer to this one. And this elevator is slow! def plan on a 5-minute wait for it to arrive with no one inside hah. The elevator has no air as well...so you'll sweat it out...fits maybe 10...6 with luggage...hah hope no one has B-O! The room is nice, modern to match as well...views of other buildings, but what do you expect for the location hah. The AC unit can be a bit noisy but not too bad where you will lose sleep. Our king room had a lcd tv and fridge (no microwave). The bathroom was nice and spacious as well. Bed was a bit too soft for my back though. oooh and free internet! slow...but free hah. Out room was at the end so it wasn't very noisy, however at 3am I did hear someone knocking the neighbor's door which I heard. The vending/ice machines were a few steps from our door which were insanely loud when we were in the hall but didn't hear it at all from the room. The room layout is the style where you open the door and there is the bathroom on the right and behind that is the sleeping/living area so that always helps with the noise. I guess something else to mention was that while passing the front desk we saw 2 separate occasions where the guests were complaining about something...dunno what though (interesting hmm). Our stay was nice...I def did not dig the elevator situation though...nothing fancy, nothing bad to me. They had a pool which we didn't have time to use. They do not have the tv or express checkout...have to checkout at the front desk (upgrade that process man! hah). I did like that we were able to just walk to restaurants nearby. It was also a quick drive from the hotel to Universal using inside streets and got to check out Warner Bros studios along the way too hah. read more

Courtyard by Marriott Los Angeles Burbank Airport - king bed room, doorway looking to window - Hotels Near Me - Burbank, California

I stayed at this hotel July 2007 while travelling to Los Angeles to take my daughter to Universal Studios. The stay and staff was very pleasant. The entire hotel is non smoking and clean. Amenities I needed / wanted that they provided were, free internet access and free parking, since we had driven to our destination. There are lots of shops nearby if you forget something. Notable that is lacking in most hotels is that it has excellent water pressure! The breakfast area was small, but staff accommodating, food is good and reasonably priced. We were able to drive to Universal Studios within 15 minutes on surface streets. They did not have the option to save water and not have your sheets changed, I wish they would add this service. Otherwise, I have no complaints. I would have stayed here again on our way back through Los Angeles, but they were booked. Look for deals on the many travel sites as rooms are available at discount. read more

This is by far the nicest looking Courtyard I've ever stayed in. My husband & I booked this using his Marriott points, but I'm not entirely sure we would pay to stay here. I docked 1 star for their elevator, which rivals the Marriott Marquis in NY as the slowest elevator ever. There's only 4 floors in the entire Courtyard! We should never have to wait. Another star docked for bed bugs. My husband swears there were bugs jumping into his eyes. Eeew! I remember CA being really bug infested, but I don't recall bedbugs before. Ick! read more
