    Great accommodations!

Rene, the engineer, was great! He identified the issue in my room and was able to resolve the problem quickly, with little interruption to my stay here. Love the customer service, I hope Colleen Langford recognizes what a great team they have here. As they are the reason I would consider staying at this hotel again.

If you are looking for a newly renovated hotel and one that is also part of the wonderful Marriott brand, this property is one to check out if you are visiting the area and especially if you are flying into Burbank Airport, as it is only one mile away. I visited this evening during their renovation celebration and you can definitely see and feel the "newness." It is located at the far end of the Empire Center in Burbank. In this center, you will find shops (Target, Walmart, Nordstrom Rack, Marshalls/TJ Maxx, & Sephora/Ulta) to name a few, and restaurants (Sharkys, Outback, Jamba, & Blaze Pizza) to name a few so you have a one-stop shop for all your needs during your stay. Some of the new features are: *a modern-designed Bistro serving Starbucks, Breakfast, & Dinner *Expanded bar serving craft cocktails & six rotating beers on tap *Robust Fitness Center with cardio and strength equipment including newly added space for floor exercises *1,800 square feet of customizable meeting &event spaces *Updated guest rooms that include mini fridges, 50" TVs with streaming ability, & high-speed Wi-Fi *Spacious outdoor patio with firepits and gazebo **Only 2 miles from Downtown Burbank where you will find more shops and restaurants, about a ~15 minute walk to Costco, & right across from the World Famous West Coast Customs Automobile Repair Shop Overall, it is a very nice property and in such a great location in the heart of all the entertainment studios.

I've stayed here a few times. Every time, it has been clean, well staffed, and comfy. The bar, breakast/dinner cafe, serve a decent meal. The drinks taste great. Tv's on sports. Staff is friendly. Directly across the street from West Coast Customs and next door to the Netflix Animation building.

We spent 2 nights here in a King Hospitality Suite when we did Universal Studios for weekend. This was the closest hotel that was available to the park (about a 10 minute Lyft drive) and for the 2 nights, it was sufficient. Since our flight got in at 8:30am Saturday morning, our room wasn't ready yet. We were able to leave all of our luggage at the front desk so that we could head straight to the park. We didn't get back until around 10:45pm that night and it was nice to be able to come home to a comfortable room. Here are a few things we loved about the room: * Ample space since there was a separate living room with pull out couch, TV + desk space to work. * 2 fridges (I don't know why they had 2 separate fridges but they did! Neither of them came stocked so no need to worry about getting the munchies and diving into overpriced snacks or drinks.) * Microwave (we didn't use this but it was nice to have it) * Separate bar sink that was in the living room. Since we had 4 people in the room, it was nice to be able to use the extra sink to wash up, brush our teeth, rinse, etc. * Separate pull out couch in the bedroom = 2 separate beds total (both twin sized) * 2 TV's-- one in the living room and one inside the bedroom * Easy sign into your Netflix account which Marriott always offers. * Clean room, clean shower, Comfortable king sized bed. Some things we didn't love: * Pull out couch mattresses were not comfortable at all. The mattresses were super thin and didn't offer any kind of support. These would be good for kids. * The shower head was placed a little too much to the left side of the wall and you couldn't adjust the shower head back to the middle. This left us all having to wedge ourselves to the shower wall so that we could properly rinse. Things we loved about the hotel: * Starbucks coffee at the restaurant in the morning. * Close distance to Universal Studios. * Super friendly staff that was very accommodating. We asked for 4pm checkout on the Monday that we left. After spending a 17 hour day at Universal Studios (Horror nights during the evening portion), we definitely needed to sleep in. Titanium members get the latest checkout at 4pm and they were more than happy to accommodate.

Barf! I had to stay here for a work conference and I so wish I would have booked the Marriott that is a mile away. The first day was good. They let me check in early before the conference and waived my parking fee (which is a pretty b.s. charge considering it is just parking in a standard lot), but after the first day the shine wore off. There is no continental breakfast, but there is a small cafe/Starbucks. The rooms are fine. Large bed and lounging sofa. They have the standard brown hotel furniture. Again, not the issue with this place...the issue is the cockroaches! I was dressing for the morning and found a small bug in my luggage. I initially thought "oh, great bed bugs." But as the day progressed and I reviewed the Yelp reviews for this place I am not convinced it was actually a small cockroach. Unfortunately, Yelp won't let me upload the video I took of the largest cockroach I've ever seen in my life running down the hallway, but I included a screenshot from the video. After seeing this I inevitably felt like bugs were crawling all over me for the rest of my stay. I slept with a towel blocking the gap between my door and the hallway. I expect more from a Courtyard. Would never stay here again.

Stayed here on a recent trip to Universal Studios. This hotel is close by to many major shops and restaurants and there's a Costco near by too. Only reason we chose this place was because it had a suite ( king bed plus 2 pull outs. One pull out sofa in the living room area and another pull out inside the bedroom where the king bed is located ) Here's the breakdown for Hospitality Suite: 1 king + 1 pull out sofa in a bedroom 1 pull out sofa in the living room 1 bathroom + 1 sink with a large counter space Microwave + fridge + 1 kitchen sink Space was very comfortable. If you need the beds made and towels replaced ( basically housekeeping services ) , please let them know the day before or upon check in so they can plan ahead. With covid, some guests prefer to not have anyone enter their room during the duration of their stay. Breakfast is not included however there is a café in the lobby. If you want to save money you can always bring your own breakfast or there is Krispy Kreme donuts just a couple minutes away. Overall this hotel is conveniently located and of course staff was friendly.

This is one of the main spots we choose to stay when traveling to SoCal and never really had any problems. Plenty of room for parking even though there is a parking fee and I feel safe that my car will be okay overnight here. The hotel itself has always been very nice and spacious and clean as well and the staff is friendly. No complaints!

The Enchanted Manor was the first place we looked at and we both felt that it was the right fit. Georgia has created a little oasis in her back yard that we felt fit our vibe - lowkey, but classy. We had booked originally for approximately 60 guests, however once all the pieces fell into place we were closer to 50. Unfortunately our guest count dropped below 50 just after our window to let Georgia know, but she was kind enough to offer us the price difference. We applied that balance towards renting some heaters and lighting the fire pits as the weather got colder than anticipated, as well as to handling the trash. (Pay attention to the contract, you are responsible for removing trash or there is a fee.) One thing I didn't realize before booking was that there is space for a kitchen, but it needs to be built out for your event, so make sure you consider that into any costs. Georgia was really helpful and responsive to all of our questions (we had so many) and anything that we couldn't do she had very reasonable reasons. (For example, at one point I thought I'd like confetti, but she explained why she doesn't allow that on her property which made total sense!) The weeks before I became worried that there wasn't enough decor, so we bought some items that we ended up returning. Once the rentals arrived, combined with the lighting, everything was beautiful as it was. Though there is excellent lighting, I would recommend watching your step as we did have a few tripping incidents (that were not alcohol fueled in some cases) as the ground changed. It was more due to the way things were spaced and we'd have to make sure to look down as we stepped around things, but we managed to survive. We've started to see some photos and everything looked beautiful; it was a romantic but relaxed vibe which was just what we wanted. I worried it wouldn't feel like a wedding, but it did. Georgia was a gracious host, our guests enjoyed her home (we made sure to tell them that they could rent it as well for an overnight getaway) and we can't wait to start reading her book. She gave us the sweetest compliment after, saying how kind our guests were and how that spoke to who my husband and I were as well. We stayed in touch after the wedding and I hope we meet again in the future for events or just a dinner to hear of her adventures! PS - her cats were big hits all around, too!

I arrived for a scheduled setup for a children's event. Upon arrival, I was greeted by valet who informed me that I was not allowed to drive my own vehicle up the hill and that I must hand over my keys to one of their employees. I explained that my van is licensed and registered to my driver only for liability and insurance reasons, and I am not able to hand over the keys. Despite this, we were still refused permission to drive up. This isn't a family car it's a commercial Van. There was no proper communication, guidance, or assistance provided for a proper delivery and setup. We were given only one cart to load flowers and decor, and were told by valet that we had 20 minutes to move our vehicle or we would be locked in. In a rush, we had to unload the van, place a few items on the cart, and my staff and I were forced to walk up a very steep hill. It was physically exhausting -- we were out of breath, my heart was pounding, and I was seeing stars and could barely breathe. After I addressed that this was unacceptable, the owner/manager who was present became hostile and said it was "not a big deal." I assure you, it was a big deal. I could barely stand. Imagine having a health concern and having an emergency. I attempted to communicate professionally that as a vendor and florist, this is an extremely harsh and unsafe working condition. Instead of addressing my concern, the manager became rude and told me that I was being disrespectful and unprofessional because she wanted to be dismissive of their staff conduct. Unfortunately, the same situation occurred when leaving. No one assisted us going down the hill with the cart. No venue should force vendors to hand over their personal work vehicles to an unauthorized employee to drive up a steep hill, or otherwise force them to carry heavy items up a hill on foot under a time threat. Due to this experience, I will no longer be accepting orders for your venue, and I will be informing my future clients of the reasons why I no longer provide services there. I am requesting the contact information for the person I spoke with regarding this matter. Regards, Farabela Farabela's Touch Floral Events, Inc. - Est. 2006

Everyone was so professional and kind, and they didn't miss a single detail. Karen was there making sure everything was set up and running smoothly, and she was so professional and amazing. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone hosting a small or intimate event. The only downside to my experience was the balloon company I used from their preferred vendor list (Ravens Decor and More). I would say you definitely need to double check and even triple check to make sure Raven gets the balloon colors exactly right. Even though it was confirmed that she understood what I wanted, you can see the difference in the photos of what I requested and what I received. I told her I was hosting a classic Winnie the Pooh baby shower for my sister and wanted neutral colors (beige, sage, and blush) for a baby girl. After our phone call, she sent me an AI-generated mockup using those colors I asked for. I absolutely loved it, so I paid the $100 deposit and booked her services ($290 total). On the day of the shower, I was shocked and blindsided because the balloon colors looked nothing like the mockup or what I had requested. I understand an AI mockup won't be identical to the final product, but the difference was far greater than expected. I had also purchased balloons for the welcome sign in the same colors as the mockup, and the contrast between those and the balloon arch was obvious.Since guests were going to be arriving soon, I had no choice but to accept it and move on. My family and I believe strongly in respecting customer service and tipping, so I still gave her a 20% tip. My only regret was tipping that much instead of simply paying the remaining balance of $190 after she finished. I booked her based on the mockup she provided, but the final balloon colors were completely different. The colors were so different that they took away from the soft, neutral look I was trying to achieve for the shower. Overall, the baby shower was wonderful, and my sister had a great time. My only disappointment was that the balloon colors were so different from what I had specifically requested.

The way we were spoken to, the tone that was used, and the overall treatment left a very bad impression. Honestly, it felt like we were being judged based on our appearance and, quite frankly, I couldn't help but feel that there was discrimination based on the color of our skin. To call this a "tour" is honestly a joke. The woman barely showed us anything. Instead, she basically told us to walk around and look for ourselves because she had an event coming up. We were rushed through the entire experience, and it was made very clear that our presence was an inconvenience. What made the experience even more insulting was the assumption that I couldn't afford to rent the venue. I was offered cheaper options that I DID NOT ask for, and those options didn't even accommodate the number of guests I clearly stated I would have. I never asked for the cheapest package, nor did I ask how I could save money. The assumption was unnecessary, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. If you're going to offer a venue to the public, you should treat EVERY potential client with the same level of respect, regardless of what they look like or what you assume their budget is. I came prepared to consider spending money at this facility, and instead I left feeling judged, rushed, and disrespected. Needless to say, after this experience, I would NEVER consider hosting my event here. First impressions matter, and this one was absolutely terrible.
