    Still lobby :)
    Martin W.

Great team at check in - everything is sparkling clean. Huge lobby that welcomes you rh moment you walk in. Great rooms, functional (a bit outdated on tech with a slow tv, offers Netflix access and only one usb a connection on the alarm clock - but a good amount of outlets otherwise). Nice spacious shower and bathroom. Shower head is one of the fixed attached once and not with any separat settings or even a shower hose. All the amenities you need and overall a modern room that on e like to stay in. Most disappointing was the breakfast - uninspired boring selection of food. Very dry eggs. Very dry sausages - of course all at the time of me visiting and I was there an hour before closing so when they brought out "fresh" items it was still dry and simply overdone. Very disappointing. As always the coffee was good fresh and plenty. Would come back and stay again - luckily I'm not a huge breakfast person :) But this and the shower restrictions will take away one star from the rating.

When I arrived my room was in a little disarray meaning, the couch bed was pulled out and cousin on the side and microwave door open, at first I thought maybe they had double booked the room so I had my children stay outside while I looked in. There was no one in thr room just the disarray so we went on in. After we settled my children got into their beds and I got into mine only to find at my both disgust and horror that my bed was filthy, not a little soiled, filthy with yellow stains and makeup! I called the front desk and they sent someone up to change the bedding...How does this happen? At first I thought maybe they didn't finish cleaning the room because of the disarray, but the bed was fully made. I'm not sure if this is more or less disturbing then when I got into my the bed, that was coincidentally also at a Springhill suites in Savannah and there was a sock in the bed. To add to that I am pretty sure both of my children go food poisoning from the eggs as thatbis the only thing they ate in common the entire trip. The onlu reason I gave it 2 stars is because the staff especially at checkin where extremely friendly and nice as well as the house keeping that came to change the bedding who also appeared to be just as disturbed and very apologetic.

Stayed here for our Universal Studios two day vacation before we moved down further south to Disney. This is not close enough to walk. You will have to drive and pay for parking but I really think the amenities here and the free breakfast or should I say included breakfast because we are paying for it by staying here, makes it a great deal and Universal Studios parking isn't that crazy and you can park pretty close up to be honest so it's seem to be the preferred method for a lot of people staying. Be prepared mornings here gonna be crazy there are a lot of people going to universal and a lot of people getting an early start so give yourself some extra time in the morning if you're planning to try and get some breakfast or get anything from the hotel. Very standard Marriott very clean very nice very easy to use the app and it's just quick. It's done easy and I've always enjoyed my stay at Marriott being a Marriott card holder. Another hotel that I picked out looking at photos and images and thinking that's cool and exciting. It might be fun to hang out there and then quickly remembering that I have zero time to hang out at the hotel because we're doing other activities literally every minute of the day so I can't comment too much on the leisure, but I will say that it was nice to be able to check into a hotel and get a few hours of sleep before we started on day one of Universal Studios Hollywood

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take photos before you leave this place! The workers there destroyed the room because I did not have cash to tip them. Their operations manager Jenny Parchelli sent me an email stating that I am charged $900 worth damages. I tried calling the hotel & emailing her back but she refused to respond or return any of my calls. As you can see in the pictures below, the coffee & milk that was on the bed did not soak in. So you can tell it was freshly poured onto the bed. They said the phone, clock & blowdryer were broken. They threw food on the ground saying that it left a stain. This hotel is the reason I am cautious about leaving any hotel from now on without taking pictures. I have never experienced something like this. SMH. THIS HOTEL IS A SCAM! BEWARE!!

I had a great stay at this hotel! Went for a fun weekend and it was closed to everything! Hotel breakfast was packed but was pretty good!

offset TV location from the sofa

Go stay at the Hilton Garden a block away instead.......the hotel is nice and contemporary, but their service lacks. we visit Burbank every thanksgiving for dinner at my brother in laws. we've stayed at hotels in Glendale and Burbank and we decided to give Springfield a try. at check in the receptionist already had a "better than you attitude". I don't know if she doesn't like her job or is a bitter struggling actress waiting for her big break but she acted like she didn't want to be there. the parking situation is horrible, you either park on the street or pay to park in the garage. I wouldn't mind paying for garage parking, but this parking garage is totally unsecured, no arm gate or attendant, just wide open(see my picture), anybody can walk into the garage from the street and vandalize your car and with no attendant around I don't know if they enforce which cars paid for parking and which didn't. the room we stayed in was cozy and clean, however the layout was odd. the biggest thing that stood out was the only TV in the room is offset from the bed. you can't lay in bed and watch TV comfortably. you could lay in bed and turn you head around 45 degrees or you could lay on the sofa and turn you head 45 degrees in the other direction and watch TV(see my picture), be prepared to hurt your neck or bring an iPad. we went down to the dining area for breakfast and where told that they had stopped serving breakfast and we would have to wait until the restaurant opened, so we decided to walk down the block to the restaurant inside the Hilton Garden and eat over there. when we got home my wife realized her AirPods where missing, she tracked them in her app to the hotel room, called the front desk to ask if you would retrieve them and mail them back to her and of course she you pay the incurred cost. She was called back and told that nothing was found, my wife told her that her GPS tracking was in real time and showing in the room, again she insisted that nothing was found once and nothing else was going to be done about it. if management or corporate read this review, I hope that something is done about the lack of hospitality at this hotel. for the prices and fees you are asked to pay, basic guest courtesy shouldn't be asked for.

We stayed here for 2 nights due to our normal hotel being unavailable. When we arrived the front desk staff was very nice and helpful. We stayed in room 227 which was a pool view 2 queen and I was actually kind of appalled by the state of it. There was weird vibrating of the building, no clue what was going on there. We have stayed in Springhills many times (my husband is Marriott Platinum Elite) and unfortunately this one just didn't feel up to par when it came to rooms. First, the couch was a pull out and not a twin bed trundle like most are at SpringHill and it was very uncomfortable. In addition to this the couch was filthy and stained and the cushions were pretty worn. We did tell the front desk about the stains because we wanted to make sure we were not charged for it. Their response was "we do our best", I guess not their fault but definitely not doing their best when the couch looks like that. Next there were smears on the wall by the sliding door both inside and outside. No clue what these mystery smears were but its was really gross. Finally our AC didn't work. This was what eventually got us moved to a different room. Our new room was better; working AC, no mystery smears, slightly stained couch but it was still pretty worn and uncomfortable. TV in the new room was basically unusable as there was such a delay between it and the remote we just gave up. Water in the sink took forever to drain when washing hands/brushing teeth. The queen beds were also pretty uncomfortable but tolerable. Amenities were nice - they have some fun yard games such as checkers, connect 4, Jenga, etc a fire pit and lots of comfortable seating on the Pool level. The pool was small but fine on a weekday when not many people were there. There was also a hot tub and I liked that there were 3 gate entrances to the pool. Beautiful jasmine along the wall that made the whole deck smell amazing in the evening. Our room had a slider door to the deck area and we spent a lot of time out there. I was told there were screens in the past on the sliders but none of them had them now. The on site bar is only open 5-10pm. Breakfast was just ok. Wish they had a waffle station and more drink options. Eggs, sausage, potatoes, cereal, oatmeal, and various breads. Housekeeping staff was very very nice, polite, and helpful at all times. Overall: I don't think we will book here again unless we're really hard up for a room that can accommodate our family of 5.

What I like about SpringHill Suites is their location. One is a short distance from Downtown. Burbank, Bob Hope Airport, Universal Studios Hollywood, Warner Bros., Walt Disney, and Nickelodeon Studios. The hotel features suites which have swivel Smart TVs, workstations, and relaxing views of the mountainside. The hotel provides includes complimentary breakfast buffet along with a beautiful designed outdoor patio and swimming pool. Also, their Nineteen26 Bar & Lounge opens after 5pm where one can relax after a long day. The rooms are clean and well maintain and their overall staff is wonderful. We unfortunately were in Burbank when the temperatures were extremely hot, so our choice of activities limited.

As a Hilton Diamond honors member, I was able to get $10 food and beverage credit for me and 2 guests so $20 credit total which I used on small Icelandic bottled water which the price sheet said $4. I picked up 5 small water bottles so I could use my $20 credit but what I didn't know was that their system said it was $6. There was a price discrepancy from what they posted on their price sheet on the lobby versus what their system charged so they ended up charging me $30. I had to correct this with the front desk and call back to ensure it was taken care of after I checked out. I wouldn't have grabbed 5 bottles if it was $6. Fast forward to a few days after I checkout I realize the hotel charged me for $16. I called back to see what the charge was for and they said it was for the 2 large Icelandic water bottles in the room. I didn't even touch those. It was annoying having to call them back to dispute the charge. Why would I take those when I already got 5 small water bottles per day? They reversed the charge right away which I appreciated but I wasn't happy I was being charged for something I didn't take. This was a vacation for me and I had to spend time during my vacation and afterwards correcting two things. On the plus, they did offer free coffee in the lobby during the morning hours and they were able to get me a slightly earlier check in, but just those two other incidents left a bad impression on me. I wrote my feedback in their survey which they emailed to me and did receive an apology email from someone from their team, but I was still not feeling great about the whole situation. I just want to warn others to check their credit card after their stay to make sure they aren't automatically charged for water they didn't take. If the default is to charge this to everyone regardless of whether they consumed the water then that's shady practices. Be warned. Other than that, the location was great! Fulfilled my need.

We came Aug 1 and 2 (2026) during summer break to go to universal studios and the hallway was quiet and we couldn't hear anyone else. Not sure if we got lucky or what but that was a pro. Parking is easy because they have their own garage, though you'll pay for it ($18 a night or something). Biggest miss was the food/restaurant. We had prepaid for breakfast (via hotels.com) and It wasn't clear what that included. Even after checking in there was no clarity. Only when we were in front of the cashier at the restaurant did we learn the following: - Limited to "the Burbank breakfast" for adults - you can get something else on the menu by adding money. - Burbank breakfast includes a coffee but when we asked for the coffee but she said it was too late... we needed to order it (I didn't explicitly say "I want the coffee" when I asked for the Burbank breakfast. - kids can get 1 of 2 items from the breakfast menu and they are both inadequate for any human older than 4. (2 scrambled eggs OR a pancake)... wtf... definitely not enough for my 9yr old boy. - we never got a "text" that authorized us to go eat breakfast so we had to talk to the front desk. Even then we got a text for 1 room (we had 2 rooms) so we had to "charge it to the room". Also... the food sucks. Sausage tastes weird. Pancakes have a tough texture. Eggs are fine. I want my breakfast prepayment back.

At check-in, the front desk told us they just needed a card on file for parking and the deposit. No total ever showed on the screen before we authorized the charge, so we had no way of knowing what was actually being run. Turns out the full cost of the stay was charged to that one card, completely bypassing the payment setup we'd arranged through Expedia. My girlfriend ended up covering the entire stay on her card without ever agreeing to that. We called and spoke with the manager, Dennis, who was polite on the phone and actually agreed the experience wasn't handled well. He offered a discount, but that's not really compensation when money was already taken without us being told the real total. When we asked for something more reasonable given the stress this caused, he went quiet for over a week, then emailed back saying an internal "investigation" confirmed staff followed proper procedure, and that we should contact Expedia if we had concerns. The room itself was fine, that's not the issue. The issue is transparency at check-in. If you're booking this place through a third-party app, ask for a written total before handing over any card, because what's on the screen (or not on the screen) may not match what gets charged

The clerk wasn't outright rude, but for the first several minutes seemed pretentious, like I wasn't good enough to stay there. He didn't introduce himself or ask my name; I introduced myself and asked his name after check-in, and he warmed up a bit. It felt like I'd caught him doing something wrong or arrived before he was ready. I had to ask multiple questions because he didn't offer information or engage. My customer service was on point--his, not so much. I'd been driving all day and was exhausted, wearing very casual clothes, but he felt very judgey. I asked to see the rooms after reading reviews. The first was rundown and not worth the $150 he quoted. He kept going into the back office between questions, implying he was busy or nearly full (there was only one car outside). When I asked to see the other side of the hotel, which had allegedly been updated, he bragged about being fully booked, though I only ever saw three cars. Odd. The second room was just okay, but I was too tired to find another hotel, so I stayed one night. Few things frustrate me more than visible neglect and lack of detail. There were drywall screw heads popping out, scuffed walls, holes, and water-damaged bathroom drywall from a poorly placed glass shower door--crumbling onto the floor. The floor itself was dirty. The outer entry door was peeling badly, shedding bits of clear coating onto the floor and my hands. The blinds appeared to not have been cleaned in months--which should be done regularly. The bed frame was filthy--dust, debris, bits of wrappers and food. It was clearly dirty, with oils, handprints, and dried liquids (I'll leave that to your imagination). The closet doors, off-white, had visible hand grime. The disinfectant wipes I used were brown - yuck. The lamp was dusty, an outlet near the bed had a broken metal piece stuck inside, and both the bathroom vent and hair dryer were caked with dust. The dryer filter hadn't been cleaned in ages. The countertop above the mini fridge was detaching, the bathroom shelf was decaying, and the shower glass hadn't been cleaned. The creamy drip marks on the wall--hopefully conditioner or soap--remained, and the grout was mold-stained. A simple bleach spray would've fixed it. The shower water pressure was awful, with calcification that needs vinegar soaking. It also leaked from the stem. Meanwhile, the sink had too much pressure. The cleaning staff were wonderful--always offering help. The issues here clearly stem from management, not staff. I realize this isn't a four-star hotel and that my standards are higher than average. Having worked in property management and emergency response, I've been in many homes across all conditions and know what "clean" should look like. I attached photos (which don't even capture all of it) so others can decide for themselves. Public beds and showers should be cleaned frequently so dust, germs, and bugs don't build up. The initial clerk did warm up by the end, and wasn't outright rude, just awkward and pretentious at first. When I checked out, a different man was working. He was extremely pushy, insisting I stay longer despite me saying I had to get back on the road. Then he handed me a clipboard and said it was mandatory to fill out--a sheet listing my name, room number, and space for comments, stacked under previous guests' notes. I told him I'd review the hotel online instead. He insisted I fill in each section, so under "comments" I wrote "review on Yelp." Other than being pushy, he was friendly--but it was an annoying end to a stay that wasn't worth the cost. Not the worst stay I've had, but definitely not one I'd repeat.

Upon arrival I noticed that the lobby area was nice and had places to sit. I also noticed that there was construction as part of the area was closed off. We walked over to the reception desk and were met with smiles. The people that worked there were very friendly and helpful. They answered our questions, checked us in, and we were off. We got two rooms for our stay. Photos are from the room my husband and I stayed in but the room next to ours where our adult kids stayed was almost identical. The room was spacious. It had a decent sized bathroom and I liked that the bathroom was spread out in sections. The actual room had plenty of room to move around and the view was nice. The beds were very comfortable with soft pillows and sheets. The bathroom towels were typical. We stayed for several days so we used the cleaning service several times and they always replaced our towels and tidied up the room. My only complaint is about the toilet paper. It's very thin and not soft enough. We bought some extra at the local grocery store. Overall Hilton Los Angeles was a great place to stay while vacationing. It was close to the theme park, it had a shuttle to get there and back which was convenient, the service was really friendly, and the room was comfortable.

Third, our room didn't get cleaned even though the "do not disturb" sign was off by noon and I asked for a room cleaning and they only brought me literally 2 towels. I don't even know how this hotel is rated 4 stars and I stayed so many times before and never had this issue. I would like someone to contact me about this. Also, when I called and asked for the room to be cleaned or why it hasn't, the lady was rude and said she'll "call for a refresh". Like why pay for additional nights for a Hilton if we can't have our room cleaned properly. I really think the owners should hear about this experience.
