This is a gorgeous property in a fantastic location. Checking In & Perks If you aren't a member yet, definitely sign up before you arrive! Upon checking in, we were greeted with a complimentary drink and free WiFi. Karina handled our check-in and was absolutely wonderful--extremely amicable, professional, and the perfect example of excellent customer service. The Atmosphere & Unique Daily Themes One of the coolest features of this hotel is the daily theme hosted in the lobby: Day 1: A complimentary snack cart stocked with chips, candy, and water. Day 2: A fun trail mix station. A bourbon and burger event offered at a very reasonable cost. On our second day, we interacted with Rashad, who was also the absolute epitome of customer service. The staff here truly goes above and beyond. The Rooms & Amenities The rooms are incredibly large, spacious, and well-designed. Our room faced the mini-field at The Star adjacent to the hotel. Even though the hotel was completely at full capacity during our stay, the room was remarkably quiet. The soundproofing is top-notch. The bathroom was equally spacious. We did have one minor hiccup where a provided bath towel was visibly dirty, but the staff handled it flawlessly, immediately exchanging it for fresh linens the next morning. The pool area is beautiful, and both the bartenders and pool attendants were incredibly attentive and quick with their service. Dining & Events We spent some time at Neighbors, the on-site bar and restaurant, and sat on the patio to people-watch. There are also plenty of other great restaurants within short walking distance. As for the birthday celebration, the event space was stunning. The decor leading up to and outside of the ballroom was beautiful and incredibly well-executed. The event food and drinks were great overall; the only minor drawback was that the fries were a bit too salty, but the rest of the meal was delicious. A Special Highlight As an added bonus, Samuel L. Jackson was filming a spinoff of Tulsa King right when we arrived! Despite the production hustle and bustle, the hotel staff did a seamless job of accommodating regular guests and maintaining a premium experience. In closing, I highly recommend this property for its spacious rooms, stellar location, and a team that truly understands hospitality. We will definitely be back!

We went here for a girls staycation and I was not impressed…read more The good...the employees were great, very friendly and as helpful as they could be. The pool area was good and our server was super helpful the afternoon we were there. The bad....we checked into our adjoining rooms and they both had this weird smoke smell. We asked to be moved but they couldn't move us to different rooms. Someone came in and sprayed some air freshener instead. One of the adjoining doors was broken and wouldn't stay open so maintenance had to come fix that. The closet doors also would not close all the way so the light stayed on all night. The room was damp. When you woke up in the morning, everything and I mean everything, was cold and damp. Even my shoes. The duvets seemed like they hadn't been replaced since they opened. They were paper thin and all the feathers were clumped together and uncomfortable. On Friday and Saturday night they had a bar and snacks out, but once everyone checked out on Sunday it was like a ghost town. Sunday night there was no bartender at the bar, no snacks out and no water in the lobby. For the price I was very disappointed and would not recommend it. I only gave it 3 stars because of the staff.

We've stayed at numerous Drury hotels and they're all pretty good but out of all our stays, this…read moreone comes in last place. The hotel looks nice, especially the lobby. Rooms appeared a little more dated but that's not terrible. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable and shower felt good. Mini fridge is MINI-MINI so we left everything in the cooler instead. We were excited to have an indoor pool... unfortunately, it was OVERRUN with kids. There weren't any pool chairs and there had to be 20 people squeezed into the hot tub alone. We walked in, walked back out. The veranda on the same floor was nice, expect for people smoking out there. It was choking us. Blah. "People still smoke??" Then there's breakfast... pretty much every Drury we have stayed at made fresh scrambled eggs as opposed to the weirdly textured "hotel eggs"... not this one. They don't make fresh eggs on a flat top. The sausage was hard and dry. I did't eat. Coffee was ok. We missed dinner but it's usually like 5:30-7 and we normally enjoy it. Menu rotates. The dining area seemed to have a decent amount of seating but it's pretty tight. Lucky for us, the some kid squished in next to us kept sucking in their snot instead of blowing their nose. Always pleasant sounds when people are trying to eat. Bonus, his brother sneezed in our direction without covering his nose. All in all, a decent place to sleep but didn't get to enjoy all the perks of Drury.

While visiting friends in "Little Elm,Tx ( near Dallas), we stayed at the Northwest site. Always the rooms were amazing, yet if you're a lite sleeper ask to be further away from the expressway. Rooms are extremely clean, beds are comfortable, more than enough wall outlets to charge your phone or use your CPAP machine. My wife and us stayed here in 12/26, the day after Christmas. We were so tired after all the holiday prep that we stayed an extra day just to rest. Rest we did. OMG, the room was perfect. Hung the sign on the door and we hibernated like brown bears. It was the most relaxing 12/26 I've ever spent. Im SMH in the lighting layout in the room. At night the only light you can use to make it to the rest room is the super bright bathroom light itself. I want to bring special attention to the breakfast and the "Happiness Hour". Every day the hotel serves an amazing breakfast. Eggs, bacon or sausage, tater tots, DIY waffles, oatmeal, cereal, bagels, toast, yogurt, etc. It's a regular cafeteria here. But what makes it all work is the staff. The manager comes out and greets everyone. I mean everyone, the guest, the staff, she helps clear tables, checks food levels, makes sure the guests are comfortable. I have not seen this at other properties. This hotel is large and they need her skill to make it all work. Thank you Drury Hotel, Frisco. You made my Christmas special. Michael C. - Georgetown, Tx.

Gorgeous property and amazing staff, but not the relaxing staycation vibe we expected…read more I booked a weekend stay here with a couple of friends to celebrate my birthday, largely because the online photos make the pool area look like a serene staycation oasis. While the property itself is beautiful, the reality of a weekend stay was very different. The pool and hot tub were absolutely packed with kids splashing and jumping in, which completely took away from a relaxing atmosphere. To add to that, the walls seemed a bit thin - the room next to us was extremely loud throughout our stay, which made it hard to unwind. Additionally, the spa is very nice but quite small. It only has a steam room. That being said, the rest of our experience was wonderful. The rooms themselves are beautiful and clean, the gym is excellent, and the staff is absolutely exceptional! They made me feel incredibly welcome for my birthday. I'd give them 5 stars for service, but a 4 overall due to the chaotic pool experience and the noise. Bonus: they are pet friendly and have a little table with dog treats at the front.

The rooms were clean, updated, and super comfortable, especially the Heavenly Bed. The bar setup is a highlight, great atmosphere, solid drinks, and live music that made the evenings fun without feeling over the top. Service was friendly and consistent throughout the stay. Overall, a strong 4 star experience. Relaxing, polished, and a place I'd absolutely book again.
