My family of three and I stayed there for a mini staycation earlier this year in April. We booked a 1 king + sofa bed guest room. It was perfect for the three of us. Both the bed and the sofa bed were comfortable. The room is not fancy, just simple and modern, has all necessities. Jodie from the restaurant was amazing, friendly and provided great service. The food options at the restaurant were very limited, but were of good quality and taste (had breakfast and dinner there once). The alcholic beverages were pretty good (we had cocktails and wine). The coffee/lattes were great! They only have one vegan option, which prevented me from dinning there more as I didn't want the same dinner more than once in a row - at least two options would be nice! The hotel is very clean and has a great layout, furniture and decor. The front desk staff were pretty quiet with guests, not necessarily friendly, but not rude. The outdoor space was nice, they have cornhole and a fire pit table. Our room was nice, modern and a good size. We had a room that faced the mountains/ Centerra area. Downsides: no room service, no menus were available for guests (had to take a pic with my phone, so be sure to do that if you want to look over the menu in your room), the pool is not kid-friendly (for young children/ toddlers). When we visited the pool, it was packed with young teens, which was very annoying as they took over most of pool and were very loud; hence, not a relaxing experience. It'd be nice for a hotel staff member to monitor the pool to ensure all guests can enjoy it. The daily parking fee! It's about $13 or so per day, but I've never stayed at a hotel that charged for parking, not one like this one. It is normal at boutique hotels and resorts, but not a hotel like a Marriott Courtyard.

Loved this king room on floor 3 . Comfortable bed!

What was to be a two night stay end up surprisingly turning into an extended quarantine stay after finding out I was positive for Covid. :( Now that's the bad part... the best part was my experience at this wonderful hotel. We were originally going to stay in the Marriott in downtown Loveland. But when I started not feeling right and needed two rooms to try and keep my son from getting sick ... I cancelled that hotel since they didn't have any extra rooms and booked at this Courtyard. I travel a good amount and I have to say the hotel was great but the best part during my stay was the staff. I was a bit dreading to have to call down to tell the front desk that I was going to need to extend my stay due to having Covid. I was completely surprised at how nice they were and honestly amazingly compassionate and accommodating saying anything I need they are here to help. Alysia was above and beyond ! The room was very comfortable, modern, clean and the bed was great to get plenty of rest. Bathrooms were extremely clean. I had called a few times for things I needed and staff was amazing. From fresh towels to what ever I needed they made it as comfortable as I could be. They even asked if we needed a microwave in the room or anything else. I could go on but completely exceeded my expectations and the facility was very nice. Now as for the location it's in a great spot near the highway. I had a room on the opposite side of the highway... it was quite slept great. Couldn't hear others as it seems the rooms are soundproofed well. Need a spot to stay ... This Courtyard is THE spot to stay.

    * The hotel let us know they were up for a full remodel 01/2024. I wouldn't recommend staying here before then. We have stayed at 7 Marriott properties, mostly Residence Inns within the past 3w while my husband travels. He stays exclusively with Marriott. This is the worst. Even Casper, Wy was amazing compared to this. This property needs some love. To start, the parking lot needs to be repaved and leveled. The $13.00 a day parking charge in the suburbs is a cheap way make more money. The lobby is pretty and has obviously been upgraded. Don't be fooled. Front desk staff was polite and helpful. We reserved a 2 bed/ 2 bath suite for 5 days (husband is working in the area.) 2001 called, they want their carpet , popcorn ceiling, broken appliances, and inoperable ice machine back. Further, the sponge was opened and wet. Just gross. Ice? Naaaa. Not only do they not have ice machines on each floor, theirs broke... so we went to the store. TV's ... from 1995- doesn't even offer a guide. After coming from updated properties, this place is such a letdown. To be clear- staff is apologetic and very helpful. No joke, I'm not picky, but this hotel is yuck. Taylor swift is here this weekend, otherwise we would have changed hotels. It's like the dollar store of residence inns.

Embassy Suites charges $15 per day for parking. Why this cannot simply be added to the hotel bill is beyond me. After a long day of driving, I could not get the QR code to work at check-in. A staff member suggested the hotel's concrete structure was the cause. Repeated attempts to access the system were frustrating, and the employee admitted they receive frequent complaints about it. I called the number listed under the QR code and got no answer. Frustrated, I even asked to cancel my reservation. A manager eventually stepped in and manually entered my information on a hotel computer. I also dislike having to provide personal information to a third party just to park at a hotel where I am already a paying guest. Reviewing PMC's privacy policy only increased my concerns. If Hilton continues expanding these systems, it will influence where I choose to stay in the future. Aside from the parking issue, the hotel was fine. The rooms were clean and spacious with a 1990s vibe, and the property has a bar, a small gym, and cooked food on-site.

The maintenance technician, who was in my suite ALL DAY Saturday 11/15, told me that the water in and water out hoses were installed backward. I noticed while he was there that the circuit breaker for the steam shower was turned off meaning that it was deliberately left disabled. The hotel staff therefore knew that the steam shower did not work, including when I checked in and told them that I have stayed there repeatedly because it's the closest hotel I've found with a steam shower (still two hours from home) and that I intended to spend much of the weekend in the steam shower. I have attempted to contact management (Nikhil and Angie) and they do not return my voicemails or my emails, and they have instructed the front desk to send me to voicemail instead of letting me speak to them. The steam shower is the only reason I have repeatedly stayed at this hotel (a total of nine nights) and it's the only reason I consider it to be worth the price. Management willingly allowed me to purchase something they knew they had no intention of delivering. This behavior borders on fraud. I seldom post reviews, and I almost never post negative reviews, but because of the way my bad experience has been ignored and dismissed, and because I've made significant good-faith effort to give hotel management an opportunity to make things right, I've decided to post a review in this case. UPDATE: Nikhil posted a reply on Google and TripAdvisor; I edited my review on Google but couldn't find a way to do so on TripAdvisor. He claimed to have informed me of the steam shower problem, and he also claimed to have offered me a partial discount for my trouble. Here is my update I posted on Google: UPDATE after hotel's response: Lies. Bald-faced lies. I was NOT informed of the issue with the steam shower; I called the front desk when I first tried to use the steam shower on the first night and they had no idea of an existing problem. Nikhil responded to my email on the second day, halfway through the time the maintenance tech was in my room (which went from 9 or 10 in the morning until at least 3 pm, and I wasn't told he wasn't returning until I called after 6 pm to ask, meaning my romantic getaway was on hold ALL DAY SATURDAY) and at that time Nikhil told me there was an issue, but that was not helpful because I had ALREADY told HIM that there was an issue. He pretended that he was informing me of the issue, when he only did that after I had informed HIM of the issue. NO REFUND OR DISCOUNT, PARTIAL OR OTHERWISE, WAS OFFERED OR DELIVERED. I strongly advise travelers to avoid this hotel, because they can not be trusted to deliver what is promised (the steam shower is an amenity listed in the description, a very specific selling point justifying the cost of the room, and thus is not an "additional feature" which they can optionally choose not to provide). Not only that; when they do not provide what is promised, they are willing to flat out lie in a public post as evidenced in their response. Shame on you, Nikhil.

Improvements can definitely be made, though. Long version - The 1st negative was when we arrived (around midnight) to a pitch-black parking lot; the only light came from the covered entryway & the stars. This was extremely concerning & dangerous. Luckily, we did not trip over anything. The 2nd negative was H2O dripping from the mini freezer & a lamp not working. Turned out the outlet was malfunctioning. Because it was so late & we had food to worry about, we moved the refrigerator to a working outlet & jammed it to the maximum level. Worked fine after that & kept our food & drinks nice & cold. The 3rd negative was your pillows. They were lumpy & very uncomfortable. Sure, we could have asked for more, but since every single one was lumpy, why bother hoping anything new would be better? The breakfast buffet was average, but it was a big benefit & appreciated since it was one less item to concern ourselves about (where do we eat? how far is it?). Our main purpose for the trip was to visit RMNP. La Quinta's location was perfect for that! It was a primo spot for the other places we visited (Devil's Backbone, The Stanley Hotel, Downtown Loveland, Benson Sculpture Garden). The pool was being repaired for whatever reason, so it was closed. Had this been important to us, we would have been upset but we did not book the reservation for the pool. We booked it for its location and everything worked out wonderfully. All in all, we were satisfied with La Quinta, but hopefully on our next visit, it will be to a well-lit parking lot, a working fridge, non-lumpy billows, and a more robust breakfast buffet.

We stayed here while we were evacuated because of wildfires and they were so accommodating and gave us all the toiletries we forgot at no charge. They provided Dove body wash, shampoo, conditioner and soap. I needed toothpaste and some other toiletries that I had forgot which they provided. This place is pet friendly but also very clean with no weird smells. I am sensitive to smells and there were no smells from cleaning products or pets or anything. You couldn't even smell the wildfire smoke in the room, and it was bad outside, so they must have really good air filters. They also gave us a discounted rate because we were evacuees. I think it's awesome that they are so supporting of the local community during this stressful time. It was very comfortable and I will definitely recommend this hotel when we have guests staying in town! I wish we could have stayed longer but they didn't have the availability because there are so many evacuees looking for hotel rooms right now. Im not sure how they are only rated two stars but this hotel is much nicer than the three star hotel we are staying in now and was also more affordable, and would have been even without the discounted rate.
