I stay in Marriotts a lot for work. This was a personal trip. Check in I was given a parking tag and told that it was $12 a day to park. We are not in a major metro location. It is a Marriott off an interstate. With a paved parking lot -- not an urban parking garage. Surrounded by undeveloped land. So space is not at a premium. The next day after being gone all day, we were surprised to get back to our hotel room at 6 PM and our room was not cleaned. Called the front desk several times letting it ring at least 20+ times each. No one answered. Went down to the front desk to be told They only service the rooms every three days. I said that information would've been nice to know at check-in. Same woman who checked me in was same person the second night. The bathrooms have signs that say hang towels if you don't want new ones. But nothing about only new towels every three days. Ran out of lotion and Kleenex on our first day. The drain in the shower does not work correctly so if your shower is over a few minutes long, the water backs up and threatens to overflow into the entire bathroom. Upon checkout, looking at my receipt, there is an additional fee for (not a tax) for PIF. PIF stands for a Public Improvement Fee, a private, non-tax fee charged by biz owner. Marriott corporate should be ashamed that this franchise is part of their organization. The nickel and dime charges and lack of service is ridiculous. read more

My family of three and I stayed there for a mini staycation earlier this year in April. We booked a 1 king + sofa bed guest room. It was perfect for the three of us. Both the bed and the sofa bed were comfortable. The room is not fancy, just simple and modern, has all necessities. Jodie from the restaurant was amazing, friendly and provided great service. The food options at the restaurant were very limited, but were of good quality and taste (had breakfast and dinner there once). The alcholic beverages were pretty good (we had cocktails and wine). The coffee/lattes were great! They only have one vegan option, which prevented me from dinning there more as I didn't want the same dinner more than once in a row - at least two options would be nice! The hotel is very clean and has a great layout, furniture and decor. The front desk staff were pretty quiet with guests, not necessarily friendly, but not rude. The outdoor space was nice, they have cornhole and a fire pit table. Our room was nice, modern and a good size. We had a room that faced the mountains/ Centerra area. Downsides: no room service, no menus were available for guests (had to take a pic with my phone, so be sure to do that if you want to look over the menu in your room), the pool is not kid-friendly (for young children/ toddlers). When we visited the pool, it was packed with young teens, which was very annoying as they took over most of pool and were very loud; hence, not a relaxing experience. It'd be nice for a hotel staff member to monitor the pool to ensure all guests can enjoy it. The daily parking fee! It's about $13 or so per day, but I've never stayed at a hotel that charged for parking, not one like this one. It is normal at boutique hotels and resorts, but not a hotel like a Marriott Courtyard. read more

What was to be a two night stay end up surprisingly turning into an extended quarantine stay after finding out I was positive for Covid. :( Now that's the bad part... the best part was my experience at this wonderful hotel. We were originally going to stay in the Marriott in downtown Loveland. But when I started not feeling right and needed two rooms to try and keep my son from getting sick ... I cancelled that hotel since they didn't have any extra rooms and booked at this Courtyard. I travel a good amount and I have to say the hotel was great but the best part during my stay was the staff. I was a bit dreading to have to call down to tell the front desk that I was going to need to extend my stay due to having Covid. I was completely surprised at how nice they were and honestly amazingly compassionate and accommodating saying anything I need they are here to help. Alysia was above and beyond ! The room was very comfortable, modern, clean and the bed was great to get plenty of rest. Bathrooms were extremely clean. I had called a few times for things I needed and staff was amazing. From fresh towels to what ever I needed they made it as comfortable as I could be. They even asked if we needed a microwave in the room or anything else. I could go on but completely exceeded my expectations and the facility was very nice. Now as for the location it's in a great spot near the highway. I had a room on the opposite side of the highway... it was quite slept great. Couldn't hear others as it seems the rooms are soundproofed well. Need a spot to stay ... This Courtyard is THE spot to stay. read more

* The hotel let us know they were up for a full remodel 01/2024. I wouldn't recommend staying here before then. We have stayed at 7 Marriott properties, mostly Residence Inns within the past 3w while my husband travels. He stays exclusively with Marriott. This is the worst. Even Casper, Wy was amazing compared to this. This property needs some love. To start, the parking lot needs to be repaved and leveled. The $13.00 a day parking charge in the suburbs is a cheap way make more money. The lobby is pretty and has obviously been upgraded. Don't be fooled. Front desk staff was polite and helpful. We reserved a 2 bed/ 2 bath suite for 5 days (husband is working in the area.) 2001 called, they want their carpet , popcorn ceiling, broken appliances, and inoperable ice machine back. Further, the sponge was opened and wet. Just gross. Ice? Naaaa. Not only do they not have ice machines on each floor, theirs broke... so we went to the store. TV's ... from 1995- doesn't even offer a guide. After coming from updated properties, this place is such a letdown. To be clear- staff is apologetic and very helpful. No joke, I'm not picky, but this hotel is yuck. Taylor swift is here this weekend, otherwise we would have changed hotels. It's like the dollar store of residence inns. read more

This has got to be one of the best Courtyards I've ever stayed at and after 30 years in the military staying at Marriott's all over CONUS and OCONUS that's saying a lot. From check in front desk service with Daniel A., to the quality of the rooms on the upper floors, to the food quality and service at the bar and the excellent venue close to all of the shopping and restaurants within walking distance in that area, and finally to the close proximity to the freeway this location could not be any better!!! Thanks Daniel A for making the experience wonderful and for the suggestions you provided. The African sculpture park across the street was an added hidden bonus; and the trails made for a great hike. read more

I reached out to Courtyard by Marriott/Loveland Fort Collins to see if they would be able to help me with celebrating a family member traveling to the area on business over a birthday. The General Manager (Manuela O'Brien) was amazing and could not have been more helpful! She (and her staff) made arrangements to pick up a small cake, a bottle of champagne and a Happy Birthday balloon and have everything in his room when he returned from a day or work. To top it all off, they would not allow me to pay for anything; Ms. O'Brien said it was their pleasure!! Cannot say enough about how thoughtful and generous Ms. O'Brien and her staff are! The good: modern rooms, clean place, beds a bit firm but not awful. Great location near a lot of shops, retail and restaurants. The bad: expensive to begin with, but then everything costs extra! C'mon now! No bottled water at check in, no complimentary coffee in the lobby, no complimentary breakfast and they charged 12.00 for parking. Also if you want to charge that much at least add the soft close doors and insulate the walls better. We won't be returning. read more

If you love hard beds, no housekeeping, and poor customer service, this is your place! I was involuntarily checked out of the hotel and had to scramble with my plans after I learned from my emailed receipt that I was no longer staying at the property. I had my confirmation number and the email from the property stating that I was staying for two nights, as well. The front desk staff here is so uncaring that it's worth staying elsewhere in this town. I had to give up on plans made with my family during our morning and early day to take care of this property's error. What a waste of time. I have Platinum Elite status with Bonvoy and this property is well below the standard of care for what Bonvoy advertises for their Platinum account holders. I had to secure my own housekeeping items during my stay by flagging down staff members and asking for items as the property doesn't provide housekeeping services for stays of 2 nights. Worst of all, when bad things happen, (like when they check you out of your room an entire day early for no reason), they don't care about you - only getting your credit card back into their system. If you can get this place for $39 a night, it's a solid deal. $40 and higher a night? - I'd consider going elsewhere. If they had friendly and caring front desk staff, I'd probably score this place a 4-star. Can't get a 5-star with those hard-as-concrete mattresses. I previously reviewed a different property under the Bonvoy banner where I was also involuntarily checked out of the hotel before I was confirmed to have been leaving. I was considering leaving the Bonvoy program after that. This recent experience now has me looking at the other loyalty programs out there EDIT: GM took action on my issues, comped my stay, and gave me extra points to my account. read more

I was excited for my stay at this new Marriott. This place really exceeded my expectations. Service was great, I was greeted as soon as I waked in. I arrived a little earlier but was able to get a room right away. Prompt at check in was efficient and I was more than happy to head straight to my room after a long flight. The room was so clean and nice. The restroom was great. There was a mini fridge as well as a lot of space for storage. The restroom products were Paul Mitchell. Great high end products that I normally use on my hair when I'm home. I was so surprised to see that they had this available and very happy! Unfortunately it was raining during my stay and I was happy to see that umbrellas were put out for guests to use. I definitely will stay again at this Marriott in the future. We are staying here for the Colorado Sparkler softball tournament. This is the best hotel out of any of the ones teammates are staying at. We have a Starbucks all day and night, full bar, and it is located just outside of two shopping centers. The hotel set up a room for the girls to hand out in all day and night. They have board games and movies for them in the afternoon. Great pool and hot tub. The manager Kevin is the best. I was at a different hotel before moving here. At check in he explained where everything was at and made sure we had everything we needed. We stayed for five nights and they refreshed our room anything we asked. The laundry room is clean and only 3.00 for a load. read more

Upscale hotel near the hubbub of Fort Collins and Loveland while still being somewhat secluded. Near the Sculpture Park and the LOVE sign with the locks (I'm biased because I love it!). Close to so many restaurants and shopping centers. Staff is helpful. Rooms are absolutely beautiful with comfy beds and chairs. The giant shower is to die for, with great toiletries and enough room to have a small dance party. There's little design touches that I adore in the room, like the cabinet where the mini fridge hides and all of the different intensities of lights. I'm so glad I chose this hotel to stay at while chilling in the area. read more

Call first. AFTER we checked in we were informed none of the tvs in the rooms were working. It was ok for a night but the second night... the same. Didn't seem to be a urgent issue for management. Just a sorry. No discount. Or anything. If our trip was longer, we would have moved to a hotel. As a loyal Marriott customer... poor service. Should have at minimum called our reservations and offered to switch them to a nearby property. Disappointing. read more

I would not stay there again. We come to Loveland every 3 months and thought we would try something different . What a disappointment . Check in was at 3PM. We arrive at 4pm with 3 young children after a long day of travel. My husband checks in to be told to come back in 2 hours because the room was not ready. That would make it 6pm. I freaked out went in and she told me the same story. I told her this is unacceptable and she told me they had too many late checkouts that day. I told her it was not our problem we would come back in 2 hours 6pm but I want a compensation for the one night (we were staying 4) as soon as I said to comp the room she immediately found a room which blew my husbands mind because she said there was absolutely no rooms ready. The room was clean and the hotel is in a nice locatio n. The other comparable hotels in the area include a nice breakfast in the morning which this does not. But they do have a store that is so overpriced with 4.00 for a candy bar! In all honesty this is a first time I am writing a bad review but it was a disappointment and after staying in other hotels in the same area we would not stay here again. read more
