I want to start by saying I do not complain and never write negative reviews unless it is truly warranted. I have been getting botox for about 4 to 5 years now. My last 3 or 4 visits were at Couture Med Spa. Prior to Couture Med Spa my results were amazing and long lasting...way beyond 4 months with complete resolution of all forehead lines including the "11" lines. At Couture med spa my results were consistently disappointing not even close to the results I had at this prior salon but I never called to discuss this, which I should have done. This last time which was a little over 2 weeks ago I received over 50 units in my forehead and I have ZERO results with one eyebrow higher than the other. I also have had a horrible tension type headache since my last visit. When they messaged via text at the 2 week mark I knew I had to say something. I don't spend money on botox to look the same, I expect results. I am going back on Friday hoping that this will be rectified and fixed. I have had less units at other salons with great, long lasting results. So far coming here has been a waste of money. If they cannot provide quality results I will be asking for a refund and canceling my membership. read more

ONLY USE THIS SPA IF YOU WANT TO WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! As someone that had visited a few med spas for different things, this is probably the worst "med spa" in all of southern New hampshire. I was getting laser hair removal here about a year ago, i bought a groupon package for 6 sessions, and in the first session the technician took the laser machine and zapped me in about 6-8 random spots and said she was all done. I mentioned that i wasn't pleased with the service and the next technician tried to go in lines and cover more of the area.., a little better. The next time, i got the same laser tech i had the first time and when i had put the eye gear on i heard her switch heads on the laser machine and laugh about something? After getting 4 sessions of LHR here i had zero results at all. And i'm someone that should have good results ( dark hair, light skin). This year i decided to try again at The medical skin clinic, and after just 2 sessions with technicians that do it right by covering the entire area and taking their job seriously i have had a dramatic decrease in hair in the area, and my hair is pretty much gone. read more

Waste of hundreds of dollars. I went in for Dysport last month and noticed zero difference. Not only that, I developed ptosis in one eye so clearly their staff is inexperienced. I wish I could get my money back and use it elsewhere where the product isn't diluted and the staff is skilled. read more

I typically don't write reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience so that others don't waste thousands of dollars and countless hours. While the staff at Couture Med Spa is very friendly, and the technician performing my laser procedure was excellent, I ultimately feel misled and disappointed by the company's lack of transparency and accountability. Before signing up for laser hair removal, I consulted with multiple spas, many of which were upfront in stating that laser treatments were unlikely to be effective on blonde hair. However, two different associates at Couture Med Spa assured me that their new laser technology worked on blonde hair, giving me guarantees that I would see results. When I asked what would happen if the treatments were ineffective, I was told not to worry--that "we would work something out." I even requested that this be noted in my file. After just a few sessions, I raised concerns that there was no progress, yet I was advised to continue because results supposedly required 12 months. After completing all 12 sessions, I can definitively say that there has been zero change--my results are exactly the same as before I started treatment. Despite this, Couture Med Spa refuses to acknowledge any issue or offer a partial refund, even though their team provided false assurances from the beginning. It is misleading to guarantee a service will work when it does not, and it is extremely disappointing that the company will not take responsibility. I would not recommend Couture Med Spa for laser hair removal. A business should be honest and transparent, and when mistakes are made, they should make them right. today was my first day I was refereed to this place from a coworker due to a special they were running On Botox my old spa I use to get Botox from I was locked in at $11 a unit and that's not a bad deal but at 7.97 a unit its every working moms dream price. I had Amanda take care of me she did a great job I'm excited to see my progress in just a few weeks and look Forward to go back. read more

I went here in August, they were having a special on botox. Not my 1st time getting it, but 1st time here. Let's just say I didn't really see any results. I got exactly the amount the injector suggested ....and NOTHING...there's a reason it's priced low. Really disappointed, $200+ down the drain. read more

The staff is always friendly and professional and very knowledgeable! I enjoy my visits every time. The space is inviting comfortable, even if it is your first med spa experience. Highly recommend! read more
