I didn't know what color to get for a wedding I'm attending on Sunday and after 10 minutes of trying to decide, Tia recommended French tips since they go with everything. I immediately knew that was the answer to my dilemma. They turned out so beautifully. Seeking a new place to make my elopement wedding nail dreams come true I decided to make the trek to Couture Nails Boutique. So glad I did! PROs: ++ The space is incredibly clean! ++ Like many other salons they feature a wide variety of both polish and gel covering the entire color spectrum. ++ My nails usually start lifting around the 2-3 week mark and the acrylics I got here lasted a full 4 weeks! Yaasss! ++ My pink ombre nails came out perfectly for my elopement! CONs: -- The techs aren't really very friendly. After two visits I can say that they don't make much conversation and truly aren't the most accommodating. I was wanting a full set of acrylics and a pedicure before my elopement. When I arrived I was told I had to choose one or the other while my tech kept checking the clock. Bummer. Even though this was pre-COVID and I was told making an appointment wouldn't be necessary. While they did a fabulous job on my acrylic set for my elopement - Littleton is just a bit too far for me to make my way back for my monthly nail needs. They're definitely "A-OK" for anyone who lives in the area though. read more

I stopped in to this gem for a little TLC to myself, it was a cloudy, gloomy Sunday afternoon and my work week was a reflection of that. These ladies were so sweet and nice, they did exactly what I wanted for a mani/pedi combo. They even have a menu of different types of add-on treatments that they hand to you upon taking a seat in the massage chairs! The attention to detail all around my nails, and even cleaning up any polish, was made with the utmost care and focus. They really made me feel like they cared about their craft and how it looked overall, with each step in the process. Originally I had given this place a 5* review but after coming a few times after, I realized that review should be updated. I have been in a few times after and similar to my last post, they do an amazing job. I typically get gel on my toes and finger nails. They always last 3-5 weeks like they say. The environment is clean and updated. The staff wore their masks but I noticed someone didn't wear their mask as they were working on my little sister, which kind of rubbed me the wrong way. I also noticed they seemed to just talk to each other versus making small talk with their customers. It just seemed our interactions were aggressive and not very friendly. I came to my appointment on time only to wait an additional 30 minutes for them to even get started on me. I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt however they couldn't even do the service I asked for because they didn't have the time and had other appointments. I also had an appointment but okay. This stems from only one person being able to do dip apparently. But that's not what's making me leave this review. I really wanted this place to become my go to place and they royally messed that up and the cherry on top was that they couldn't stop talking about me afterwards. Newsflash; I am Vietnamese and you should really watch what you say when I can understand all of it and I'm sitting there listening to you talk about all your customers, and me. I went to Dream Nails in the morning...they messed up my toes, I came here in the afternoon only to feel put down and belittled. Aaron was nice enough, but he was so full of himself and not very apologetic when he nicked my cuticle and made me bleed (after more than a week, it still hurts). His manicure didn't even last a week as it chipped on day five. Needless to say, I'm still looking for a decent salon where they speak English and give a good mani-pedi that lasts! This nail salon is like any other salon. The store looks nice and well kept, and the real plants they have by the windows gave it such a cute look. The lady that did my nails however, did not go with my preference. I typically like longer nails yet she insisted i go shorter and had already cut the nail way shorter than i wanted. I also wanted black french tips (the newer style of french tip) and she said it would be $10 extra so i said ok yet she still did the old style french tip. My nails are still cute but she basically didnt listen to what I told her. I wanted long newer style black french tips and she went short old style french tip. I still like my nails, but these are my birthday nails which is in 3 days so I wish she actually did what I told her to do. Overall, its a good store. Just annoyed. (Also i feel like she underestimated my price range and thought I would prefer something cheaper.) I paid $80 total leaving a $5 tip. I was expecting to pay more. read more

WOW, WOW, WOW! Ok, I found a pretty good nail salon but it's way too far from me. Today, I had 3 places in mind to go to. I actually contacted 2/3 this morning but they never got back to me so I thought to myself after I got off of work, I'll just chance Couture (because they were the closest to me) to see if they had any availability tonight. I'm so thankful I did, this place is a MUST GO TO FOR NAILS! Why!? No 1: Customer service! I came in one hour before closing. I asked if they had time to do my nails; if not, I was just going to book for another day. So, I had to wait about 30 min. and I was ok with that. While I was waiting, the owner told me to sit in the massage chairs and rest! Great massage chairs btw! It was 30 min to closing time and I know how long adding tips to my nails would take so I offered to get gel nails or dip powder instead (whatever to make it easier for her on timing) but Dai said she was ok with the timing and did my tips. WOW!!! She is AMAZING! She was fast, efficient and so sweet! The owner is HILARIOUS, really good conversationalist and very nice! No 2: Skills! I love adding tips to my nails cuz I have weird short, stubby fingers and fingernails! My nails are FLAT! Dai rounded them so they wouldn't look weird. NO ONE has ever taken into account that my nails are flat, they have always just gone with my natural nail shape. So I really appreciated that! No 3: Atmosphere! When I walked in, I felt welcomed. The ambience was relaxing. The salon was VERY clean and they have really pretty chandeliers. No 4: Pricing! It's affordable for really great quality! I HAVE FOUND MY PLACE! It took me 2 years to find a good nail salon/tech! Thank you so much Dai for taking the time to do my nails. I really appreciated it. I loved my first experience at this salon. It was very clean, very professional and my service, which was a shellac mani, was the best I've had anywhere else in many years. My manicure alone was done with patience and perfectionism by Hannah, who took the time needed to do the proper job, to yield the best results. The scrub and lotion (both organic!) are spearmint, and they do a very thorough job. The lotion feels like butter and my technician spent at least 10 minutes on EACH leg, massaging and rubbing in the lotion.
