We placed the order and 3 weeks later Chris was installing the shades. After the installation Chris put everything on the Bliss app, he tested all and then gave us the tutorial. Everything worked perfectly. One month later one shade dropped off the app( probably due to a WiFi issue). I texted Chris after hours and he was out the next morning to add this shade. The day of installation, a team of three installed all of this, working around several movers (it was our moving day) and around boxes upon boxes. They had to install blinds above a stairway (I suggested to go out on the roof which they did) and they were courteous and professional.
