Scott is so accommodating and most importantly- I know my 4 month old puppy is being taken care of here! We tried one other daycare closer to my work prior to Jillian's and had a terrible experience- for the exact same price!!! It is worth it for me to drive a little further just to keep him here. Jillian's has a great space outside, Scott has sent me pictures of my puppy while there to make me feel more comfortable, and he comes home just the perfect mix of tired but without me worrying that he didn't get a chance to rest all day. They group the dogs by side for play groups so I never had to worry that he was going to be trampled by bigger dogs. I had my brother in law pick my puppy up there once when I was stuck at work and Scott even called me to make sure it was OK. I would definitely recommend, especially after our previous bad experience elsewhere!!!

A great place to spend an hour surrounded by new friends!…read more LOCATION: There are two separate lots: the main lot where the entrance is located and a very small area that can hold 4-5 cars. The entrance was a little hard to find but there was someone standing there to guide you in. There are a lot of sings that say "do not enter" so be wary! STAFF: All of the staff was VERY welcoming and friendly. The staff member at the front gave us a rundown of the rules and told us we can roam around freely. We went for the autumn festival which was just a scavenger hunt. The staff helped us around with the clues and introduced a few of the animals to us. ANIMALS: We were greeted by Velcro - one of the friendliest cats I met. We also saw Jack, the resident dog, sniffing around. The animals all have very interesting but sad backstories - it's great that they ended up here at Winslow Farm. Some of the animals are kept away from the guests but you are allowed to pet! Many roam around freely! GUESTS: We visited on a Saturday afternoon and didn't see too many other guests - the staff probably outnumbered the guests. I did witness some boys chase around some ducks and geese. If you bring your kids here, just be alert and parent. This is their home and you're the guest - kids will be kids but also teach them to respect the animals' space. PRICES: The admission goes towards feeding and maintaining care for these animals so it all goes towards a good cause. Overall, I respect the farm's mission and I think it's a great place for everyone to learn about the animals. lol

I brought my one year old…read morecockapoo in today for his first grooming, he had some matting behind his ears but besides that he just needed a bath. I dropped him off at 9:30am and they left him sitting until around noon. At 12:45 I got a nonchalant call from the front desk saying my puppy had a " nickel sized hole cut into his ear and would need to be seen by a vet". The staff workers begrudgingly answered my questions about what had occurred and seemed absolutely unfazed by the injury, leading me to believe that this is not a rare occurrence. My puppy had to get stitches all alone at the vet due to covid 19 rules. He has to take a strong antibiotic for 10 days and the vet also said he had signs of heat exhaustion and dehydration. When I dropped him off they assured me he would be safe, in a controlled temperature room, and would have access to water. This was all a lie. Today the temperature reached 95 degrees and I can only assume the dogs at this facility were left outside or in an un air conditioned room without access to water for extended periods of time. When we arrived at the vet, he also found cuts on my dog that they hadn't told us about under his ears. The vet was easily able to remove the matts behind his ears and said that this was negligence on the employees parts. They didn't even begin to remove the matting or bathe him in any way, this means that after they left him sitting for hours they immediately cut his ear and sent him home...This was my dogs first experience being away from our family and he is traumatized to say the least. STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
