I must say they are pleasant, professional people. I brought my red quilt to be dry clean and 10 days later I got nice clean quilt. Plus they helped putting it in my car. Going back to have my pillows clean, mattress pad and another quilt to dry cleaned. You guys are great!! read more

My fiancé took his Armani suit to be cleaned for our wedding. He shows up on Tuesday when the suit is supposed to be ready and he is told the pants are missing. Never did we imagine they would lose such expensive clothing. No communication to the staff the next day that she was informed we are getting married on Thursday. Call Wednesday staff basically said just call back later after 4, we close at 5 otherwise can't help you. I took a brand new never worn very expensive blouse in for press only. The clerk was very nice in explaining why it was so expensive. Fancy buttons. I am from out of state and was concerned about the piece being ruined. They did a great job. This is a great find if you are on foot. Too much hassle if in a car. Twists and turns single car at a time in the drive thru. Your vehicle is at risk as well as your nerves. We were held up both in the drop off and pick up due no parking and customers taking too long sitting in their car. Lots of honking. No parking. None. Find another location. That comment is truly laughable. Educate us? Really. You insisted that we mistreated our rug & that it was in terrible condition when we brought it in for cleaning. Too funny. That rug was 2 yrs old & in our second home kitchen that is used 2 weeks per year. But it's ok Mr. Loring, you have to live with yourself. In the end it's all about integrity.
