Let me start off by saying that I dry clean a lot. So I'm not a novice with the interactions between the cleaners and the general public. That being said that Chris's people skills are above top notch. So personable- this matters especially when you want someone to understand your plight and even more so during an emergency. I had a white blazer that I needed for a wedding (never mind it's my own) that had some spotting. My situation was made dire due to that fact I needed it cleaned within a 2 hour window. Chris made it happen well within that time. And he did it perfectly. Ringling is extremely efficient (next day service), competitively priced, convenient to downtown Sarasota and environmentally friendly. (They also use these very cool plastic hangers that stack avoiding that wire jumble in your closet). My wife swears by them for her dry cleaning and she's even me particular than me.
