Hardware was ordered before I had been asked to confirm. I was shocked to find out that it had already been ordered. We never finalized handles versus knobs and what we wanted where. Unfortunately, their layout and product all have random numbers assigned to them making it difficult for us homeowners to "check" that everything is correct. Ultimately, we were not provided with the correct pieces to finish out kitchen. We had to do multiple additional orders to get everything we needed (quarter round, molding, hardware, etc). The quality of the cabinets is as expected, not fantastic but not god awful. 2 of our drawers do not funtion properly and we were essentially told that they were out of warranty and they could not help us. Overall, not impressed and would likely not order from them again without going in with the intention of picking every single piece of cabinetry, filler, molding, etc, myself. Like someone else said in their review - "they will do anything to get your business upfront but as soon as you have an issue afterwards, you are on your own." Couldn't have said it better myself.
