Home build (BOYL) took months longer than anticipated. Pushed to close in August 2022. Still have outstanding punch list items and warranty items (approximately 30 items. DO NOT purchase a home from this company. The house I bought in March was listed on HCAD with completely wrong house descriptions and price. County Appraisal based on Coventry's information was $100K more than it was listed for. Because I closed on March 31, I cannot contest the information. This has caused me to pay an additional $400/month for the next 12 months. I can only hope I can work with HCAD to get the correct property listed and correct appraisal before next March but this will cost me hours if not days of work to get the property description corrected. Coventry has Millennium Title their preferred title company and they did not identify the property listed on HCAD as not matching the house I purchased. Additionally, Millennium Title presented completely different closing figures that was presented on the day prior to closing (hours before closing). So stay clear of this company too. All this was caused by Coventry, and although the sales person texted me and stated they were contesting the listing on HCAD, this was apparently not true. I paid for 3 inspections because little to no repairs were performed prior to each scheduled inspection. Lots of other issues but I will stop here. They will lie and deceive you and as soon as you sign off on the paperwork at the title company, they will have amnesia about all the stuff they didn't take care of and promised you. Trust me, DO NOT BUILD WITH COVENTRY HOMES! We are currently building a home with them in the Sienna neighborhood in Missouri City, TX. It has been broken promise after broken promise. When we first put down our earnest money deposit in March 2021, we were told that the building process usually takes 5-6 months. However, because of the pandemic, it would take 6-8 months. We were told we'd be able to move in around October or November of 2021 at the latest. Now 10 months later, I honestly don't know when the house will be completed. They didn't begin to break ground until close to September. I now visit the site almost every day, and to my dismay, on most days, nothing happens. To make matters worse, after expressing our deep frustration, we were told by a supervisor on Monday that they'd try to speed things along. Despite this promise, virtually nothing happened on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday of this week. At this pace, I could probably build this house faster myself, and I'm a lawyer, not a building professional. Ultimately, when we put down our earnest money deposit in March 2021, I would have NEVER guessed we wouldn't move into our home until 12 months later, or longer. We've completely uprooted our lives on the representation that we'd be able to move in by October, and now in January, there is no end in sight. We have incurred so much inconvenience. There have been other issues as well, like the installation of a fireplace tile mosaic that looks nothing like the photo we were shown by the design center. We paid $6,000 extra for that luxury feature, and we hate it. If I could have a do-over, we would have selected another builder. Don't make our mistake. read more

Our new house built by Coventry Homes was purchased back in February 2018. We have a paved driveway and walkway in the front of the house. The driveway and walkway started gradually popping up since last week as shown in the pictures attached. Our neighbours passing by my house are asking what happend to our driveway and walkway. We feel sad and embarrassed- in the current conditions, we cannot even park our cars inside the garage for fear of causing further damage. We invited a couple of pavement experts to investigate the root cause of the pavement problems, and they unanimously agreed that the pavement was poorly installed. So, we submitted a customer service ticket to the Coventry home warranty department yesterday. A warranty person contacted us today. After he inspected the driveway and walkway damage, he said that the pavement upheaval was caused by the recent continuous rain in Dallas area- does this mean that the pavement installed by Coventry home contractors can be used for dry weather only? Since the pavement has only a one year warranty, they refused to do anything about it. However, if the pavement drainage was installed properly in the first place, the rain water would not have accumulated underneath the paved driveway. We understand that some bricks popping up over time is normal. That said, seeing bricks pop up like a volcano after only a few years is completely unacceptable by any standards. Coventrys idea of "model home quality" includes, scuffed counters, broken cabinets, split fence posts, missing paint, grout and paint everywhere, uneven tile, cracked cement, unleveled yard, paint drip lines, poor workmanship, even worse management, and terrible customer service. Run away from this builder/company. No ethics and total lies. Horrendous planning and terribly slow execution. Started with their base house plan. I explained my changes to their base plan. They made the mistake the first time. Plans came out incorrect. Then they resend the plans to be drawn (took few more weeks). Then it took me 3 months from the signing of contract to get three design appointments which lasted for another 3 months. BTW, design house had terrible selections. Only one guy doing everything ("Project Manager"). They slammed me with a price hike of approximately $58K few months after signing the initial contract. After the price hike, they told told me to wait for loan closing and that was right before when I was about to close on the loan. We waited for a month. Then one fine day, they told me oh we need to close ASAP to get the permits from the city. Wasted almost a month right there. The permit got rejected because of their negligence and lack of attention to the details. The house needed to be redesigned to address city comments. In between, they increased the price again. This time by almost $135K. I agreed to that also. But of course that needed time. That delayed the entire timeline and in between they terminated my construction contract via email after giving me appointments for making changes to the house plans (yes, even when they knew that they gonna terminate it anyway). They told me to wait until last day (Friday) and when my wife contacted them on Friday, no reply. The next thing we know, they sent us an email on Monday morning saying they are terminating the contract because we have reached your one year mark since the initial contract. You can't even complaint to upper management. Complete opaqueness to upper management. You can't even talk to anyone beyond this guy ("Project Manager". For the same is simplicity, I'll call him A). A's boss (B) always called me from a private hidden number. When I talked to B and asked to talk to C (B's boss), he said I don't have a boss (he forgot everybody has a boss...LOL). I pulled out their general phone number online and contacted and left voice messages to C, to which C replied from their general MHI number. They have become proficient in their lies and sad part is that they believe in them as well. Stay away from this totally incompetent company. As I look around my house 2 years after it was finished I still get angry at the poor quality of the sub contractor work. Coventry does not care. They just want to finish the job the way they want it and move on to the next paying customer. The drywall and painting on our house was terrible. They even touched up with the wrong color paint the day before we closed and there are bumps all over the walls and ceilings. I wouldn't use Coventry homes ever again. read more

While Coventry Homes can build nice homes, the problem comes with the subs. They hire out pretty much for the cheapest bids and do not expect Coventry to hold their subs responsible when a product fails shortly after the warranty. For example, the fence warranty is 1 year. The fence builder for my house cut corners and did not build the fence correctly. Even though they use cheap landscape timbers instead of treated 4x4s, if build correctly the fence should last for 5-6 years. But when there is no concrete in the top 4" of the ground, those timbers are in direct contact with the soil and will rot very quickly. Only expect to get less than 2 years out of your fence if built this way. I've built several fences, and houses, and know quite a bit more than your average person on these projects. Then Coventry will blow it off and just say sorry nothing we will do about it. Many of my neighbors are having issues with Coventry subs. Some are even in litigation with them and have not been able to live in a 2 year old house for the last 9 months due to poor workmanship, failure to inspect correctly, and then repeated failed attempts to resolve. Buyer be warned! Don't take this out on the sales peoples. Many of them are excellent. These issues are on the superintendents and construction managers. read more

The most unethical and deceptive company. They took 15 months to build our home due to Covid. We were patient throughout. When asked multiple times for a closing date which they were very vague about. We got a better rate with our lender for closing. When we informed them that we would be using our lender for closing , a closing date was pushed on us for the end of the month. I did not mind this and we were prepared for it however their lender (CMC) withheld the appraisal from our lender. My husband never gave them the go ahead to run the appraisal and tie things up so when we asked our lender to go ahead, our lender informed us that they couldn't get the appraisal because Coventry's lender had it.. we paid for them to release it and this was still not done until my husband physically went to their office and demanded it was done to which they said they accidentally sent it to themselves. This delay cost us almost 2 weeks and when our lender was ready to close a day after the closing date we were informed that our contract was cancelled. The house was already advertised on their website for $250,000 more than what we were going to pay for it.. my husband asked them to reconsider and we would pay the penalties but we were told no and they also kept all our earnest money and money paid to the design studio.. we lost our apartment due to this and are currently staying with his mother. We are currently in legal proceedings as they did everything possible to delay us from closing on time because they wanted to keep our house. Truly disgusted by Coventry Homes! We are currently out of pocket $60,000 with mere hopes that we can legally force them to sell us our home. I wish I could give them a minus rating because 1 star is too much! read more

We just closed on our house in New Braunfels, TX on December 28, 2022, and we regret it immensely. Originally, we were going to close on December 23, 2022, but that was pushed because of the extremely unprofessional experience we had with Diana Camacho as well as an incomplete house. The close date was rushed by Coventry to get this house off the books before the end of the year. On our original walkthrough, two days prior to original closing and final walk through, the entire exterior of the house was streaky and needed an additional coat of paint, the house had dried mud throughout, the sod was not laid, countertops dirty, cabinets dirty, and numerous areas through the house that needed touchups with paint and calling. After we saw the house and our experience with Diana, we contacted Jesse Hamby and we were able to push to the following Wednesday with the understanding that the house would be in "model home" condition. Well, it wasn't. Upon doing the final walk through, we were told by Kesse, the construction manager, that the house would be spotless, the countertop would be cleaned off, the driveway would be power washed, and it all the touchups would be completed before we got keys. We've been told lies, we've been promised things, and to no avail they've all fallen short. The countertop has stripes in it that look like stains - it's heinous and completely unacceptable. On top of that the house was a complete mess and blue tape was still on the walls from unfinished paint work. We again contacted Jesse Hamby about this and we're promised it would be rectified. Following the theme - it still has not been cleaned and multiple messages have been left without a returning call. If you're looking for a house, my advice, look for a different builder, and if you're set on a Coventry home, find a different area. read more

In November of 2020 my Husband and I purchased our first house with a guarantee from Coventry Homes partnered with MHI that we would have a 2 year warranty that covered the interior and exterior of our new home. Since December of 2020 we have had non stop major issues with our home and the warranty company is refusing to provide approval to fix. The latest issues that the company has not repaired include removing and replacing drywall, wood, insulation and flooring due water damage from the hot water lines coming from both of the hot water heaters in the attic. The plumber stated that he has never seen this type of electrolysis coming from brand new lines. It is currently July 11, 2022 and I have had buckling drywall, wet insulation, wet padding underneath my floors, and wet plywood holding the two hot water heaters in the attic since May 20, 2022. There is a foul smell coming from the attic, and I can only assume it is mold. Since moving in the following items have had to be repaired or replaced: All guest bathroom cabinet doors; in 2 different bathrooms (due to peeling) A pipe in the front guest bathroom was leaking water under the tub and the interior of the walls The carpet in my guest room from the water leak in the guest bathroom Kitchen cabinets are peeling (still unresolved) The cabinets in the kitchen are a black in the front & brown on the side (still unresolved) The kitchen waterline that connects to our refrigerator does not work (still unresolved) The living room light will not turn on, I have changed the bulbs (still unresolved) When turning on the back door interior light a light in the dining room flickers The interior master bathroom window was not sealed underneath window ledge Crack on the stucco on the exterior front part of the house Shower head separating from the wall in the master bathroom Huge crack above the door frame of the master bathroom (still unresolved) AC circulation issue in guest room (still unresolved) Please help us. read more

I wish I could just give them ZERO star vote and let all others know how bad and poor quality of the house they have made. They are just completely unqualified to be a builder in my opinion. Coventry builds some of the most beautiful houses. Sadly, Tina ruined our interest in Coventry. Before meeting Tina, my wife and I had been looking and dreaming about getting into a Coventry home for over 2 years because our son has been buried at the cemetery on Franz since 2019. We wanted to move to Cane Island and we wanted a Coventry home out of all the choices of builders. I am self employed working 7 days a week till 5:30 every day. 25 minute drive from my work to cane island without traffic. Met Tina on two separate days. Both times I showed up just before 6pm only to be met with a saleswoman who looked tired of her job and probably upset that she wouldn't be able to go home right at 6. BOTH times she voiced her animosity of being held up past 6. The second time, I will never forget, she said, "Ugh, you're going to make me late again." For someone who makes a commission on selling homes, you would think they would be a bit more understanding. There was a third time we were supposed to meet; again right before 6. But she called to say she had a family emergency and wouldn't be able to meet. Understandable. Since I was already on my way there, I decided to visit with Shea homes, the direct competitor building in the same section. There, I was met with a happiest human with the brightest smile. Also closing at 6pm, she stayed with me till 6:30 to make sure I had all my questions answered and provided me with some detailed floorplans and pricing. She was extremely knowledgeable in her craft, but most of all, she displayed what true and pure customer service was all about. Something Tina could learn from. We ended up building a Shea home and closed on it a couple months ago. If anyone else was working in Tina's place at the time, I truly believe we would be in a Coventry home. Maybe at the time, the housing market was so good that she couldn't care less if I bought or walked. Be careful who you purchase from, and be especially careful who your salesperson is. read more

I feel like I'm dreaming. Our experience turned into a real nightmare. I've been working with Coventry for 6 days now. I flew out to Dallas and drove to Rockwall on Sunday to meet with the sales consultant Cas***. She seemed like a very nice, honest person. While I was there she told me she did not need a letter of intent from me if we wanted to buy. The only thing she needed was for me to get a pre approval from their preferred lender, even though we already had a pre approval from our lender. So Monday morning we submitted the application and they responded at 4:30pm with more questions. At no point was there any urgency on the builders part or the lender to get things rolling or let alone mention we need to have the approval done that day or else...Well, the next day they sent the pre approval over to us. Shortly Cas*** calls, I asked her what are the next steps and she says we start the contract and oh by the way, the house and the lot you want just went up $50k today. Talk about dishonesty, lack of communication, and bait and switch. Awful, awful experience. I still can't believe they pulled that. And they refuse to honor yesterday's price even though it was their preferred lender who took their time and we had been working on what they asked as soon as we were able. Go to another builder. At least they'll be upfront about when to anticipate a price increase. read more

Started, and currently in the purchasing process with Coventry Homes in Sienna Plantation. Coventry had the home listed at 620k, but told us that the were giving us an incentive by dropping the price of the home to 580k. After leaving the design center the final price was 594k including a couple fees that the lying sale person hide options that we had to pay for when she told us it was included. When we had the home appraised the home appraised at 575k. When I asked the sales rep would the home appraised for 594k she clearly stated yes, and there were other homes that appraised for more which was a lie because the appraiser wrote that sale person didn't provide the comps to show other properties. The house didn't appraise for the base sale price. I will be contacting the manager about this matter because the sale person is very unprofessional. I will also be contacting my lawyer, Johnson developer, Houston Chronicle, Social media, local news, and NCAAP. This is not a threat, but looking at other reviews it seems to be how this company operate. Can't allow this company to continue to take advantage of hard working citizens. Thank God I have all of the documentation, and emails to show the dialogue, and proof. One of the worst experiences I've had building a home. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because of COVID supply chain issues, but they've worn that excuse out after almost 2 years. EVERY single build phase has been delayed. We're on our 4th CM(Construction Manager). They can't seem to get their subcontractors to deliver anything without quality issues. There isn't a single trade that hasn't failed to deliver right the first time. I signed in AUG 2020, I still haven't closed yet. We've had to delay multiple times already. Other builders in the same subdivision are getting it done. It's pretty obvious that Coventry had no viable strategic plan when the supply chain issues started. They are not paying enough to attract competent, reliable subcontractors, so they're stuck with what's left. Ultimately, the customer/we get stuck with a really lousy build quality. I'm waiting to close from my hotel room($$$), the furniture movers are storing my furniture($$$), and my rate lock will need to be extended($$$). I could go on for days with photos. I am saying that there is no good value for their service because they don't provide any service. Do they respond quickly? Yes if you consider 3 months on a brand new house quickly. Reliable? Not unless you expect reliability during the purchasing process only to get screwed over when you call with a warranty issue. IT WAS RAINING IN MY HOUSE. Clearly there was a defect in the roof. I submitted the pictures requested on their website and a brief narrative of the issue. Auto reply said it will take up to 30 days for a response. Meanwhile it rained almost everyday that month. 30 days rolled by another auto reply saying it will take another 30 days. By now sheetrock is thoroughly damaged and mold is climbing down the wall and across the ceiling. By the way, no one answers the phone on the welcome packet. I paid for an independent contractor, Select Construction, to fix the issue. Cole was fantastic and the immediate roof problem was fixed in one day. The sheet rock and mold clean up was done in two days. Fantastic work. It cost $3950. I was contacted 3 months later after the initial submission by Coventry. I told them I had the work done by Select and wanted reimbursement. He said they don't reimburse for work done by a third party. It went from the repair guy to the contract supervisor to the project manager for the whole development. Crickets for the past two months despite repeated attempts for an update! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM COVENTRY. Christina K. is right.... Deceptive and unethical is a good description for this company. And another thing, one star is generous. read more

Coventry homes is probably the most unethical, immoral and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I have had a lot of experience with different builders in the last 15 years as I have had multiple homes built and this has been by far the WORST experience. I was going back and forth between buying a townhome in Meridiana or building a home because there was a 50k difference. I decided on the townhome and signed the contract with them. Anita, sales rep for Coventry, talked me out of the townhome and insured that the prices for their homes will not increase once the contract is signed. I signed the contract, completed the design center appointment, which also took 1.5 months to schedule, and a week later, before construction starts, Anita tells me that they will be increasing the price of the home regardless of the contract. They increased the base price of the home by 50k but told me they will cut me a ''deal'' and added 25k on top of the final price for the home which put me over my budget so the contract had to be terminated. They waited 2 months to tell me that they were not going to honor the contract at the price it was signed. by then, everything else increased as well so I have not been able to purchase a home. The only reason I signed the contract with them at the time that I signed it was because I knew the prices were going to increase sooner than later and I stressed this to Anita several times. Signing the contract meant nothing to them! They still did not uphold the contract at the price it was signed! The unprofessionalism Anita showed once I was not a costumer was ridiculous and horrible. At least they gave me my earnest money back but this whole ordeal has been extremely stressful and extremely difficult to deal with, mentally and financially. If I could sue them for mental distress, I would but knowing how unethical this company is, it would be worse to sue than not. I found out recently that they did the same thing to a coworker of mine last year! Had I known, I would have never consulted with them at all! Think before doing business with this company, they do not honor contracts and their greed will show sooner than later. I have also heard many issues with the quality of their homes as I could tell at the options they had at the design center. I will never do business with Coventry. read more

I started my journey with buying a new home in April 2021. I fell in love with the Leona model home with Coventry homes. Permits were still needed to start building. I was told it take approximately 4 months but it would all depend on weather permitting and they were having labor shortage but I would definitely be in the home by end of December. Construction started in June. First thing you should note when buying a new home, when choosing your cabinets, kitchen counter, flooring, etc., you get the standard items but they are very plain where you need to upgrade and you have to put like 20% down of your selections. If you back out, you lose all your money. Through out the construction, a few times it stalled for one reason or another. Most important thing, you get weekly updates and it always states, 'dates subject to change.' one of my biggest mistakes was going into the office and speaking to Anita Gonzalez. I voiced my concern that my lease was up January 17th, 2022 and if she thought they would finish the home or if I should extend my lease longer. She told me in mid November that my home would be ready by end of December no later than mid January, by the end of my lease date. Anita made me feel confident in moving ahead and submitting my move out notice. In mid December, I received my weekly email stating the cabinets had not come in and they would be expected to come in mid February therefore we would reassess at that time. I was rather upset because I had submitted my move out notice in November and my apartment was leased out by then. My fear was February would come and go and no house just empty promises. I went ahead and decided to look for another home when I received her email about the completion date. I really had to think of myself at that point and what was better for me. I started looking at other houses but I was still going in weekly and seeing the update of the construction. The cabinets came in and I selected two tone cabinets, gray bottoms and white tops and they put all white cabinets except the island had gra.y. i was rather upset that they would make that mistake which basically put the nail in the coffin! I went ahead and bought another home. J told Anita that I was canceling the contract an told her the reason why and she said, 'my manager is going to be SALIVATING over this since they will be making all this money since you are walking away.' To me that was so unprofessional of her to say. Then she said she never ever made any promises to me of having the home ready by December. Her emails never said it but she told me when I went in in person that they planned to close the 3 house by end of December and my house was one of the 3 houses. She said if not by end of December, you will be in by January, no need to extend your lease.' She said she never said that and refused to listen to me anymore because she was working overtime and wasting her time on me and hung up on me. She not only hung on me, she also hung up on my real estate agent. She is very nice but when its something she does not want to hear, her ugly side comes out. She made sure I knew I would never get back the money I put for the design center because I signed a contract with them. Buyer beware! Coventry MHi. write their contracts to take care of themselves, not the buyer. When you ask for the managers name, they refuse to give you any contact name or phone number. The quality of our home is the worst we have ever experienced. We love our floor plan and location, but we have had to replace and repair more in the 1.5 years since we closed on our new build, than in our previous home of 13 years. They sold an "executive package" so it is worse because they pretend to be selling something of better quality. We have crooked door frames, door handles have all fallen off, a beam over the garage door has a gap and fallen on one side causing brick to fall off. The window sills and baseboards were made of MDF and bubbled up after only weeks of being here. The upgraded cabinet doors are crooked and beginning to sag. The 4 large picture windows had to be replaced. The upgraded granite countertops are poor quality with pitting and are always gritty no matter how often we seal and clean them. The upgraded bathroom tile work is very uneven, crooked and sloppy. Towards the end we tried to get them to correct uneven sloppy work, but they claim that nothing has to be straight. Being that the workers were usually drunk, it is no surprise. We visited our homesite every week and I personally cleaned up to avoid food and drink trash being enclosed in our home. Most of the drink cans were beer. read more

Based on our long and painful experience with Coventry, they did not meet our expectations, taking much, much longer than advertised (almost two years), many times they did not follow manufacturers guidelines, lied to us numerous times about getting things fixed, always seemed to do 90% of the job and leave the rest to see if we caught the deficit, ignored building codes in many cases, even when our professional inspector noted the sub-standard work, failed to communicate many key details including the fact that one of their crews urinated in our house (which they also failed to clean up - so we noticed), lied about things being in code when they weren't, tried to rip us off for every little design choice, often charging 100% - 400% above retail (we decided to handle most of this ourselves rather than pay them another dime), failed to communicate or compensate for any of their many failings. Coventry homes is probably the most unethical, immoral and unprofessional company I have ever dealt with. I have had a lot of experience with different builders in the last 10 years as I have had multiple homes built and this has been by far the WORST experience. I was going back and forth between buying a townhome in Meridiana, Iowa Colony, or building a home because there was a 50k difference. I decided on the townhome and signed the contract with them. Anita, sales rep for Coventry, talked me out of the townhome and insured that the prices for their homes will not increase once the contract is signed. I signed the contract, completed the design center appointment, which also took 1.5 months to schedule, and a week later, before construction starts, Anita tells me that they will be increasing the price of the home regardless of the contract. They increased the base price of the home by 50k but told me they will cut me a ''deal'' and added 25k on top of the final price for the home which put me over my budget so the contract had to be terminated. They waited 2 months to tell me that they were not going to honor the contract at the price it was signed. by then, everything else increased as well so I have not been able to purchase a home. The only reason I signed the contract with them at the time that I signed it was because I knew the prices were going to increase sooner than later and I stressed this to Anita several times. The unprofessionalism Anita showed once I was not a costumer was ridiculous and horrible. At least they gave me my earnest money back but this whole ordeal has been extremely stressful and extremely difficult to deal with, mentally and financially. If I could sue them for mental distress, I would but knowing how unethical this company is, it would be worse to sue than not. I found out recently that they did the same thing to a coworker of mine last year! Had I known, I would have never consulted with them at all! Think before doing business with this company, they do not honor contracts and their greed will show sooner than later. I do not recommend for you to purchase a Coventry home or take your clients to a Coventry builder. Coventry promises a 2 year warranty, but once we closed, we feel like a step child. Warranty only comes to help you at the end of the day when they're rushing to get your job done. We have documented issues dating back to closing- with photos and emails AND multiple professional inspection reports. Coventry assured us after closing that they remedied our damaged roof. We even spoke with a corporate supervisor after closing. 5 months after closing, we had Coventry come out for roof concerns, and again warranty assured us the roof was okay. Hurricane Harvey made it very apparent that we were falsely reassured, considering the amount of damage we had from known to Coventry preventable issues. After Harvey, Warranty came out and "repaired" our roof, which I just found out they did not. The roof still has multiple areas of damage dating back to before closing. Don't expect much from Coventry warranty. We have had the supervisor involved from day 1 and the most recent inspection we had on the supposed repaired roof identifies the same damages from the beginning. We have experienced patch work and a lack of follow through. Our family expected a different experience from a "high end" builder, but we regret our purchase and the way our home and family have been neglected. Once you close, buyer beware to shell out money for inspectors to baby sit the warranty department. We have involved Coventry supervisors, and we have called corporate office a few times after Harvey and got redirected. As a result of multiple failed experiences with warranty, a currently damaged roof that was supposed to be fixed before closing, I'm hoping Coventry will step up and explain to us why we are continually reassured that our roof is fixed but it is obviously not, and to send a professional crew to once and for all fix the problem. read more

Very bad experience. Very poor maintained apartments. Electric cooker failed - heavy sparks underneeth hob and blew fuses about 4 times. Director Martin Rush did not take any action due to fact that we had 3 young children's there (9mnts, 3.5yrs and 9.5yrs). He stated he's qualified electrician and cooker works fine. Gate fob failed and new one received 5 days later from maintanance guy named Yousuf (sorry if spelled wrong) who was very kind and solved problem within 10 minutes. Main bathroom electric towel radiator felt of the wall on my 9yrs old. She nearly got injured from sharp screws hanging off. Birds poo all over balcony - unable to use!!!. Cleaners take only 5mins to clean apartament by just putting detergent into toilets and flush water and emptying bins. No hoovering or mopping floor!!!. We also had personal towel that was taken away and never brought back. Kitchen furniture falling apart. Missing fittings or screws to hold together. read more
