If you complain to management be prepared for full retaliation from employees. When speaking to management it is important to get everything in writing as their word is rarely honored. Not a pleasant experience.

It is unclear why an expensive assisted living facility offers such a poor kitchen, particularly when Story Point's north location is rumored to have good food. Since they never answered their phone he would have no way of knowing if friends/family contacted the facility. Also as a family member I was told by the administrator that the owner said she only had to talk to the POA. I am only relating my personal experiences.
