Fast forward to now and we're back using their services to build a massive back patio, side walkway, excavate and level for a retaining wall for which they also poured the concrete footer for (we are building the wall ourselves). A pretty big job to say the least. Our experience this time around was just as excellent if not even better than 2 yrs ago. Omar and his dad, James and the rest of the crew made quick work of the entire project. Their skills are remarkable and they all are absolute artisans in their field. We LOVE our new patio! It amazes me their "yes we can" attitude throughout the whole project. Anything we asked - without hesitation, it was "yes we can do that however you want it we'll make it happen." I was reluctant to ask about the grading/excavating as other companies shot me down on that aspect pretty quick. Not Omar and James - it was an immediate "Yes we can do that" and it was added it to the quote in hours. Pricing? Once again they beat out two other companies.... BY A LOT. I called to confirm if they were legit (and looked up google reviews), and both times I called to ask questions - they were quick to return my call and answer them. Product was shipped in a timely manner with great communication via email. I received 111 boxes for a flat shipping rate and everything came packaged safely and intact. The flooring ended up costing over 500.00 for the material, due to the customer being very important to me and the material being discontinued I decided to purchase the material. Not only did all the material arrive late, but it also arrived damaged, and I also found the material to be incorrect. I have now attempted to contact them via email and on their online portal. The phone number on the website when called says no one is available. I may have to report this as fraud soon to get my money back.

07-23-2025 Update to update…read moreJohn Less, owner, no longer uses the same phone number and will not return our calls relating to a $5000 floor job they did for us over a year ago. I know they may have a lot of good reviews, but it's the bad ones you need to pay attention to. They sent out a contraction to repair one small spot without telling me it would not be their company showing up. The contractor hired to help fix all of their mistakes/inferior or competent employees. Owner and Manager have admitted that the job that was performed at our house on our garage floor was not done properly and needed another coat of urethane on top. It has taken them over a year to respond just to tire marks that will not come off of our floor. we are very familiar with this type of flooring because we had the same stuff put in our other house 11 years ago and did not have one issue. We also used garaginization to do that floor so we used them again because we were happy with the first time. I spoke to the owner over a month ago." I told him they needed to hire someone to remove our items from our garage and place them back and they were finished correcting their mistakes. He said they would not do that because that was not in their policies. I said you are the owner you have the right to make exceptions. The only thing he's willing to do is put another coating of urethane on top, but expects us to pay to have it moved and stored in a small unit in our driveway all over again, even though it was obviously their mistake. Listen to your voice listen to this review because it can't happen to you. I have posted several notes with text messages and voicemails attached to this review so there's plenty of documentation to back up what I'm saying. If you are an upstanding company and make a mistake, I believe you should do whatever it takes to correct the problem even if that means moving the items in and out of the garage for the homeowner. Why should the homeowner have to hire someone to move the stuff again if they don't wanna do it, then he needs to compensate us for us hiring someone to do it either way he's not going to do anything about it, and expect us to move it in and out again.and do the right thing by the customer, especially when they spend a massive amount of money to get this project done and have admitted there was a mistake. The employees who laid the floor no longer work there I'm not sure why they left but they are definitely incompetent. If they have quality control measures in place they would not have this issue but they do not and they are terrible about communication and returning your calls. The only time I can get them to call me is when I leave an updated review. It's very sketchy when the owner's number belongs to someone else now. Is he hiding? Update Kidd finally came out and looked at floor and admitted it needed another coat of epoxy. I asked them to help remove the items since it was not our error and we already paid to have this service plus a storage unit to do it. He said they don't do that. I asked him to speak with the owner. Kidd said he was going to call my husband back that day since he arrived early at my house. They will not respond to calls or texts for over two weeks. We have been ghosted. Even though they admitted to failing to properly cover the floor, they will not return our calls. Terrible company Doesn't respond to calls or issues needing to be corrected. Rude office employees. Tire marks all over floor that can't be removed without acetone. Another company told me they did not apply enough top coat so tires will consistently leave permanent marks if not removed without acetone acetone. Didn't respond for over a year.
