These people were wonderful. They quoted a price over the phone, and they said i'd probably have to wait about 30 minutes after I selected the tint. The price I paid was the same as what was quoted, and my wait time was closer to 10 minutes than to 30!!! Having asked if they could also add a couple holes to my Plexi-glass, I was told they could, but then I'd have to wait a couple weeks. I said I'd just have my handyman be careful. To increase the chances of my handyman's successful drilling, Regal Plastics GAVE me a few sample pieces for him to test his drilling technique. I strongly recommend them - even though one of their employees doesn't care for Red Lobster's cheddar bay biscuits! She was good at her job, but her bread tastes could be improved! read more

I visited Regal Plastics to purchase materials to put a plexiglass roof on my pergola. I was unfamiliar with the process and the staff was extremely helpful in guiding me to the appropriate materials and answering all my questions regarding installation and the differences between my options. I also asked if my materials could be cut while I wait, as I had driven about an hour and unfortunately had not called ahead. Rather than make me wait, they located an upgraded product that was already cut to the required dimensions and gave me the upgraded materials at no cost so that I did not have to wait. Overall, a great experience, and will definitely be returning the next time I need any kind of plastic materials. read more

I have been a long time customer of Regal Plastics. I will never purchase anything from them again. They have had constant accounting problems lately. I have been double charged, sent late invoices for things paid for many months prior and today an additional credit card charge for an invoice that I have a receipt for, with no prior phone call. Laird Plastic is two minutes down the street always better prices, turnaround and never had any "mix ups". Regal has also implemented an extra fee that is added to every order on top of the cutting fee they charge a handling fee. No extra service is added for this fee. WORST SERVICE AND PRICES IN TOWN!!!!!! read more

So I Googled them before going to their warehouse, read some of the reviews to see what folks had to say about them, and honestly, I was a little skeptical. I am so glad that I did not let the negative comments deter me. Whoever wrote the negative ones must not be easy to please under any circumstances. Horrible. They sold me on some "non-stock" specialty plastic that cost over $3500.00 for a single sheet for use at our business. They had me pay upfront without seeing the material because they said they had to special order it. When the material arrived, it was not what we ordered. I had one main specification for the material, and what they sent was the complete opposite. It is completely useless. They acknowledged the fact that what they sent and charged us for was not what I had requested. None the less, they would not even entertain the idea of a return and just refunding us their profit margin (to essentially keep the price of the material as they paid for it, and for the shipping, and refund us the difference). So essentially, they sold us the wrong, very expensive, material and decided that they deserved to keep their sales commission for it as well. I believe that speak volumes to the type of people they are at Regal. Either they aren't very perceptive and make blatant errors but wont take accountability for them, or they are just people that will say whatever it takes to get you money then tell you , as the sales person did when I received the material and told him it wasn't what I had requested: "Ruh-Roh" read more

I would like to respond to Lori. I was there in the showroom when this customer came in and she was waited on quickly,,. maybe her definition of soon is different than the normal individual. anyway the salesperson found the order and tried to explain that the edges were not smooth,and that it could be corrected. The customer (Lori) did'nt want to hear any explaination, she just wanted it redone at no charge. at that point a gentleman came to the counter, I assume it was the Manager. He explained to the customer that she did get a good price on what was done. Regal did not charge for the custom work to bend the piece of plastic. He also explained that it is not a standard practice to sand and polish the edges of a piece of cut plastic. that falls under the fabrication dept. He told her that if she had 10-15 minutes he would get the edges fixed so they were smooth, but he did explain that if she wanted polished edges, there would be a charge for that service. Lori took the corrected piece and she seemed ok when she left. I have used Regal Plastics for many years. they have always completed my orders in a timely manner and correctly. the key question I have to ask Lori is has she ever ordered custom plastic pieces before and if so why did'nt she ask the salesperson exactly how the piece would be finished. if the piece had to be a certain way, Lori should have explained that when she ordered the piece. I will use Regal again and will tell all my friend and collegues to do the same. Their prices and delivery are the best in town. Thank you, Awardgirl read more

Not the greatest when it comes to customer service on site. When I show up to pick up my order I'm left waiting for a while before they even acknowledge me even being there.Same thing when you walk into the receiving area. Sometimes theres no one there to help. A simple greet when people walk through the front door will do. There's a woman there that's a little unpleasant at times and maybe a little abrasive. I like their product. I like the help I get when I call in for quotes on plexyglass. They are always willing to answer my questions. I guess my complaints are a little more for the people at the front desk. I plan to continue my buisness with Regal. read more

we stopped by regal this week to pickup plastic my boss ordered for a part and the service here was horrible. the blond guy at the pickup desk was swearing in front of us and was rude too!
