To start our process we actually went to their office in fort myers where we were greeted upon entering By the two office girls who were very helpful in helping us choose the pavers which they actually have all the samples laid out on the floor, We signed the contract and Bastos ordered the pavers we chose. Six weeks later they started our job. Day one the demo folks came to remove the concrete driveway and walkway, these two workers were very professional and had the job completed in three hours. Day two four installers show up at 8 am and started the leveling process which is really an important task. This process took about three hours . Next, They started laying the pavers in the driveway which took the rest of the day, when they left they had probably 80% of the job completed and came back the next morning to finish. So after 3 days the job was completed. We are very happy with the outcome and they left the job site cleaner than when they arrived.

Roof Job took too long but it was due to (1) ordering the wrong color drip edges, (2) acquisition by parent (Apple Roofing) was executed after 1/1/24 but permits were issued prior so they had to get re-licensed and re-permitted with the County, which created a delay they should have planned better for. When we originally started collecting gutter quotes, many of the places were months out. We were…read moreoffered the job to be done right away by All Pro Services of SWFL LLC for significantly more than the others quoted us, but we agreed as we wanted it done right away. We now COMPLETELY regret going with this company simply so it could get done sooner. We have numerous leaks along the gutters, it is obvious they were not sealed properly. We were also told a 5th downspout wasn't needed and we are dealing with a significant amount of run off now where it should've gone. Additionally, we also asked for a spout to be moved as we communicated that a new fence gate was going in a certain location and a downspout was installed in its way. When addressed we were told that they would have to come back out at a later date and then was told it was going to be an additional $150 charge, despite us communicating where the new fence was going prior to installation. Needless to say we are beyond disappointed in the installation and service and truly feel taken advantage of because we expected it to be done right for the exorbitant amount we paid, comparatively.
