To start our process we actually went to their office in fort myers where we were greeted upon entering By the two office girls who were very helpful in helping us choose the pavers which they actually have all the samples laid out on the floor, We signed the contract and Bastos ordered the pavers we chose. Six weeks later they started our job. Day one the demo folks came to remove the concrete driveway and walkway, these two workers were very professional and had the job completed in three hours. Day two four installers show up at 8 am and started the leveling process which is really an important task. This process took about three hours . Next, They started laying the pavers in the driveway which took the rest of the day, when they left they had probably 80% of the job completed and came back the next morning to finish. So after 3 days the job was completed. We are very happy with the outcome and they left the job site cleaner than when they arrived.

From the moment I called in - these folks exceeded expectations Great communication along the way - they were out in 2 days to look at what was needed and less than an hour later we had their quote - which was the best value of the ones we received and reasonable for work needed ! We were given Moe as our project manager and he was awesome. Always respond to questions - got back quickly in communications - let me know along the way what his team was going to do and when. The team they sent to do the dock and lift repairs were friendly and efficient They willingly helped reinstall dock hand rails I removed which wasn't part of the original quote. They left the work site very clean and were respectful of their comings and goings from our driveway to backyard. We've already recommended them to a few neighbors and will do so whenever asked about dock / lift repair If we need any services they provide in the future - we would not hesitate to use them. His 42 years of experience in the construction business comes through in his self-confidence and his efficiency. He gave ne a quote on the spot and had me on the schedule for the next morning. I was a bit concerned when the next morning two young men showed up, one Lucas perhaps in his mid20's and William who looked like a kid. But Lucas quickly demonstrated to me that he knew what he was doing, and William anticipated how he could help him. They were quiet but meticulous with a strong bias for taking pride in their work. Once they placed the pavers, they took the time to clean up and pick up all the debris. I am very satisfied with the results and I will enlist Paradise Pavers again in my future projects

Matt came over and measured everything out and gave us an estimate. Very fair! No need to negotiate. Everything was done in a very timely manner and Matt's team of guys did a great job cleaning up after themselves. During the demo of the back patio it was brought to our attention that there was a very large extended hole/cave, for lack of a better word, underneath our sunroom. Matt said no worries he could take care of it and fill it in with more concrete. Of course it changed the price but I felt very confident that if this happened with another company it would have really bumped up the price or I would have had to call another company, like one of those companies that lift the foundation and have them come in and fix it before work could be completed. Matt also used fiberglass rebar which my husband and I really liked. Absolutely excellent job. We highly recommend Matt and his crew. We will definitely use him again for our driveway

After hurricane Ian, we noticed the wall had fallen toward the lake about 1". When I called her early in 2024 Donna asked we text photos. After sending the photos we called her back and she said we have been putting walls/pavers in for years and have never had any problem, and we no longer travel that far (Port Charlotte). She said she would confer w her husband and get back to us. Never have heard back from her. After this past season and 2 additional hurricanes, we returned to find the wall had fallen in about another inch. We contacted 2 local paver companies for repair estimates, each over $4000). We agreed to dismantle the wall and found no sand or rock support under the wall of any kind! I highly recommend being on site if you choose to use this company and if there is an issue, good luck!
