I showed up late due to going to the wrong quest, they turned me away and although Selina, the phlebotomist that was there didn't I feel like anyone else would have! She was dealing with 2 young kids crying about getting their blood drawn (I heard the way she talked to them she did such a great job w them) and another adult pt that had her own problem going on. Selina dealt with all of us w such patience and compassion! It was 15 mins right before closing and Selina dealt w all of us and still was able to draw my blood even tho I had missed my original appointment! She is awesome, not to mention her technique was impeccable! I did t even feel the needle go inside of my vein. If you ever see this you so much Selina!

Q always has long waits. Yes they are shorter with appointments. it is often crowded at Q. A couple years back, my doctor said, Do you want to go to Q or Pacific Diagnostic labs? I had never heard of Pacific. I said I would try Pacific. WOW!!! This place has never had more than 3 people in the waiting room!! You do not need to make an appointment. Say what??? It is so dang convenient. The test results are super fast!!! Many of the doctors who are affiliated with CMH can see your blood results. So my gastroenterologist can check out my results as well as my endocrinologist. Easy peasy. I forgot to add my general doctor to my lab work. You can tell Pacific labs of all the doctors you want to see your test results. Pacific Diagnostic Labs are nearly perfect. I did have a couple of times when my insurance said there was a problem. I called and these 2 issues were resolved. I believe that there is only 1 or 2 people who work here. I do not know the name of the main gal. She checks you in and does the tests. She is a 1 woman show. She is always kind, friendly, & professional. I low-key do not want word to get out so this place doesn't get crowded and yet, I owe my fellow yelpers this knowledge.

I was shocked when I saw how they treat patients. For me, they kept misspelling my name and mistyping my order from my employer therefore it took a while to finally get me back to take my test. I called to get information on how their service worked on 12/30/2025…read more I spoke with Carmen. She stated it was $100 for her service, usually. I needed to have my preferred lab or MD send her the orders. She stated she would drop lab at insurance preferred lab. She then called them to verify which local office would be open today. I let her know my Daddy D can have tricky veins at 89 yo. Also he had an infusion appt following Tuesday. Carmen said she was going to be in Santa Barbara on Monday but if I got her the orders and sent his insurance information she could come in morning on Friday. I called another Mobile Phlebotomist as well, but didn't hear back from her until NY day. She said she said although her site advertises PEDs she also draws adults. By then I was set up with Carmen. But now we have a Back up. Carmen arrived at agreed upon time. She's very Pleasant, Efficient and Professional. She's also very Pretty which if Daddy D had been more awake - he'd have appreciated. He's not a morning person! BUT all good, he only 1/2 woke up for draw. Carmen was in and out in under 10 minutes! One poke. What a Blessing her service is!! She sent an invoice by text after she left. She'll be our new Best Friend. Daddy D gets drawn around once a month and it's hard to get him to lab. Plus we didn't want to take him out in the rain.

Mary has the best bedside manner--she took the time to talk with me, kept me calm, and made the entire process feel quick and stress-free. So we waited while Mary, the only one there, answered the phone, checked in everyone since nearly none of us had completely filled out the questionnaire correctly before check in, and, she also drew everyone's blood. This is 5 stars for Mary who handled this with patience and a more cheerful demeanor than I could ever imagine. Labcorp needs to get Mary some help and give her a raise. She deserves it
