I made a mistake and claimed one of my other kids, but it was clear as day what we talked about and it was wrote down on a piece of paper so this misunderstanding cost me several thousand dollars because now someone else claimed my son and we can't figure out who did it. I've called Bruce at least 13 times left messages. Talk to the receptionist. I understand things take time but two months and you can't even reach out for a phone call or help fix the situation that you caused and I was only under the impression that he charged a couple hundred dollars when you come to find out it's been 4 to 500 every time there's so many other places out there that charge under $100 and we'll get you back more money. We actually tested the theory this year and we got more than we ever got back not using them. I know most of y'all are sitting in your ways and like sticking with the people you know, but sometimes there's better options out there. Hope you guys can be one of the ones that can choose that.
