But I…read moreordered an arrangement for a fellow deputy's mother's funeral and collected $190, I told them what I wanted and how much I had to spend for it ( I told them $200) when I received the picture of what was sent I was absolutely shocked and embarrassed!! It looked to be $50-$75 arrangement with NO artistic design to it at all. I posted to get others opinions to be sure I wasn't over reacting and they had the same opinion as mine. Hopefully I will find out Monday if it was a mistake and if they will try to make good on their embarrassing example of a floral design. If they do, I will report back. Wish us luck!! That was the whole reason sending her up there.. if I needed to search out a straw I would have used the half can of starter fluid I already had........ she went back to return and it was a PITA so she just split. I then called in got the young lady in the evening and when she answered she was nice about it but she INDEED said that she had to pick up her son and was at his school and would be there to deliver at 9pm. The problem was not the refund - the problem was the fact that the company was unprofessional and the flowers were never delivered to my mother who had knee surgery.
