If you are new to the area and need a good family practice physician, I highly recommend this clinic, especially my own personal doctor, Dr. O.H. Thomas. He has been practicing for a number of years and I really am happy with my care. They accept most major insurance and are fairly easy to get an appointment with. When I'm sick, I can almost always get in the same day. And even when they are busy, they move patients through fairly quickly, which is a great thing in my book. Who wants to sit for hours in a doctor's office? Additionally, the nurse practitioners here are wonderful as well. read more

This is a terrific medical clinic unless you need a prescription refilled. This has been the 3rd time I've gone on my lunch break to pick up a prescription and it wasn't ready. And I guess it's too much to ask that they have 1 person to answer the phone at the office, because when they go on lunch you just cannot reach anyone. Extremely frustrating. read more

I've seen my share of Doctors and this has to be the worst. Dr. Reed, upon entering the room, didn't introduce himself to me or offer the courtesy of a simple hand shake. Not only did he not introduce himself to me, but there was a female that entered with him and he chose not to introduce her either. There I sat playing 21 questions with strangers, as far as I was concerned, as any type of comfort went flying out the windowless room. He then proceeded to physically sit me down (no abuse or anything like that) and lay me on to the examination table, when a simple "go ahead and lay back for me" would have worked. Upon reflection I felt rushed, uncomfortable, and confused. I felt like I was a number to the staff, not a patient looking for answers in a tough time. I could go on about this experience but I think that about sums it up. I will never recommend this Doctor to anyone. read more

I have been a loyal patient for at least 4 to 5 years, maybe more. Up until today, I have had only one time when I was a little upset with being delayed. Today's experience takes customer care to the lowest point of looking after the patient. And not by just one staff member but by most of them. I have been sick for two weeks and finally made an appointment to see Dr. Reed (3:00PM). After waiting for 40 minutes and seeing 4 patients arrive after me go back, I decided to leave. My wife talked me in to returning. At 50 minute mark another patient that had entered just after I returned was taken back. I ask the black nurse what was going on and she was extremely smart with me and smarted we will get with you shortly. Well I finally got called back at 3:54 by a new smarty nurse that I had never seen before. Note that I have been coughing for 2 weeks and my voice is extremely strained. On top of that I normally wear hearing aides due to hearing loss. So yes my voice was louder than the normal patient but for a very damn good medical reason which a nursing staff should know after 1 month in a medical office (duh here). After being weighed and told room #1 and the door closed behind me then the regular questioning began. After about one minute the door opened with another nurse stating the door had to be left open due to policy. I followed her out of the office and ask why. She explained for protection of the nurse due to the loudness. I wanted to tell her that when the office staff is in the back laughing and cutting up, the patients in the waiting room hear them well because they are loud. Anyway, what happened with patient privacy, Dr. Reed? Also you know me very well and know that not one person in your office area was in any danger what so ever? You merely had a loyal and honest patient in need of care. You heard me and could have intervened but did not. Therefore you have lost a very loyal customer due to your office staff's terrible customer service and their treatment of me. This would never have happened with the staff of a few years back. With that said, I do not plan to ever return. Now I have got to go and try to find a doctor that cares for their patients. You do not truly care. Others will find out Doc or go through this same embarrassment with the yoyo's you now have on board. Good luck as even an uncaring doctor will need luck to stay in business.
