I STRONGLY do not recommend this dealership. Was quoted and completed A credit app on a new rancher 420 and a Rubicon. They refuse to give you an actual out the door price and instead run you around like a car lot. They also hike their price up by charging you additional fees such as the freight and preparation of the machine just for them to have on their lot. For the price they quoted me on those TWO bikes, at 72 month financing, I went to Mississippi and purchased THREE bikes, two ranchers and a rubicon for 60 months!!! See below photo. read more

DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS. Paid them to install an OEM recoil starter on brand new Rubicon. Their installer had wire harness sandwiched between the engine and recoil starter housing which was causing electrical issues with the bike. They refused to reimburse me for the repairs an/or the recoil starter installation. read more

DO NOT BUY USED BIKES FROM THIS DEALER!!!!!!!!!!! Sold me a used bike with low miles on it and knew they were selling me a bike in VERY POOR CONDITION without giving me any information about the state of the vehicle. Of course, they would not let me test drive the bike, but only start it to make sure it cranked up. The bike rode for MAYBE 15 miles before stalling on me. We take the whole bike apart...the air filter began to disintegrate in my hands as I pulled from the bike, DIRTY carbs, RUST in the gas tank, old battery, zip-ties all over the frame (many not even connecting or holding anything), and broken rear blinkers just to name some of the issues at hand. Unfortunately, it was a stupid decision on my part to ever consider doing business with this dealership and can guarantee, I'll never buy from them again and NEITHER SHOULD YOU!!!! read more

Dropped off my son's CRF70 dirt bike to have a new tube put in the front tire. Service department said it should take about a week. I followed up after a few weeks and still nothing. Finally I get a call that the tire is done after they had the bike for five weeks. I arrive to pick up the bike and they charge me $155...to replace a tube???? After five weeks???? Will never go back...EVER. If I could give zero stars I would! read more

I went to purchase a Honda 650. The salesman was nice but they do not allow test drives per their policy. I am a 55 year old with mc endorsement. I refuse to buy a bike that I cannot test drive first. I went to another Honda dealership and test drove 3 bikes. I went back the next day and wrote a checked for a 2018 CBR650F If you would like to test drive a bike before spending your hard earned money do not go here. read more

Got tires and tubes mounted on dirt bike rims. Called them for the tubes and they said they didn't have any in my size. So I ordered tubes from another motorcycle dealer, then dropped off two new tires and two new tubes. Never once was I told if you bring new products to them, there is no warranty on there installation. I arrive to pick up my two wheels and tires, and one of them are flat. Notified service rep of situation , they put air in at dealership, said it was just low. Got back to my shop, sprayed soap and water on both wheels and tires to check for leaks, and what do you know, both of them are blowing bubbles with leaks. $140 for flat tires. read more
