Service Advisor Kenneth Galliano's business card.

My wife has a 2016 Subaru Forester XT Touring that, for the most part, has only gone to Bryan Subaru for service. Following the natural disaster called Hurricane Ida, we needed her car serviced and were going to use the dealer. Since Bryan Subaru was closed, I decided to visit Baldwin Subaru once recent Saturday morning. I left very early in an effort to get there just before they opened, and arrived shortly after they opened. I was greeted by service advisor Kenneth Galliano and told him that I needed a 5W-30 full-synthetic oil change and a tire rotation. Kenneth was very nice, told me that there was only 1 person ahead of me and asked if I was waiting or returning for the car later. I advised him that I was a Bryan Subaru customer "in a pinch" due to Hurricane Ida and he was genuinely happy to help me. After inspecting my car and completing the job, he advised me that my front brakes needed replacing soon, as the pads were less than 5 millimeters in thickness. I knew the car would eventually need brakes, as it was over 5.5 years old and they had never been changed. I authorized the service as I knew he was telling me the truth, as I had been monitoring the pad thickness for almost 18 months. Kenneth had the service technician do the brake job and had me out he door in a respectable amount of time. The prices at almost any car dealership's service department are pretty consistent (moderate to high), but I am confident having OEM parts installed by the factory trained staff. All in all, this was a very good experience, and I highly recommend Kenneth Galliano.

Unethical liars! I brought my vehicle in for preventative maintenance. .. The service advisor started inappropriately texting me... And after i turned him down my car mysteriously had a supposed radiator leak... Had 3 other pressure test done...one of them at another Subaru dealership... No leak! When I went to the owner and GM of the dealership they tried to sweep it under the rug and acted like it was not a big deal

Baldwin Motors got my 69 Lincoln running good with a new carburetor and few other mechanical fixes.

PLEASE read my entire experience at Rainbow GMC before deciding to visit…read more I purchased a 2021 GMC Yukon from them. First time I looked at the vehicle was night time, drove it, didn't get a large amount of time to throughly check it out, but my wife and I really liked it. I went back a few days later to sign paperwork and finalize the deal. I told myself to do one more walk around the truck before signing papers. I walked around the truck with it running and heard a tick from the engine. As an owner of an automotive repair facility, I knew exactly what the noise was. The camshaft & lifters needed to be replaced. I called the salesman, who then called the sales manager and had them listen to the noise and they second guessed me but finally said they would bring it to service. Service department called me the next day saying I was correct the camshaft & lifters needed to be replaced. A week later the truck is ready, I go Halloween night to take possession of the vehicle, I get about 20 miles from the dealership on the interstate and the truck kills on me, I call the dealership and they send a tow truck and put me back in our trade in. I get a phone call 2 days later stating the battery was bad. Suspicious, I loaded my family up and left. We didn't make it a mile before the vehicle did the SAME EXACT THING. Again put us back in our trade in. I told them I need to be put in something comparable to what we bought. They didn't want to hear it and brushed me off. I told them about the recall on the engines and they said they will try. Few days later I get a call stating it's needs an engine but the engine is 3 months out! I told them I don't want the vehicle, they stated the deal had been funded and there was nothing they could do. So now my family and I are stuck in our trade In (a smaller vehicle), waiting for our vehicle to be fixed. A month goes by and I get a call the engine came in and truck is ready to go. I go pick it up and everything seems fine. My wife drives it for 2 days and air conditioning quits working. I called and told them I would be bringing it to my shop to look at it have my techs diagnose it, I was told "great because I'm sure the technicians here don't want to see that truck again" I was thinking "wow how unprofessional of a comment" even though I will NEVER bring my vehicle back to rainbow gmc after what my technicians found. The mount that holds the compressor was completely loose, the bolts were missing!!! This caused the plug that goes into the ac compressor to rip and shred the wires. This is extremely dangerous and could have caused additional issues if I didn't catch it soon enough. My skid plate bolts underneath the truck were missing, there is six total and I only had two holding it on. I have pictures and video of all of this. I sent it to my salesman and never heard back. He said someone from management would reach out and I haven't heard a thing from anyone. This dealership has been an absolute nightmare from day one. The customer service, financing to service department, all horrible, communication between each department is lacking. Lack of communication with me as a customer. Please Please! do yourself a favor and do NOT WASTE your valuable time at Rainbow GMC. There are plenty of other dealerships that will sincerely appreciate your business and provide you with the customer service experience you deserve!

BEWARE - SCAM ALERT: This dealership should be absolutely ashamed of how they operate -- or maybe…read morethey should just print "we do shady things" on their business cards and save everyone some time. I came in as a single mom, ready to pay full asking price -- which, by the way, was already over Kelley Blue Book -- and somehow they still found a way to squeeze out more. Enter the $1,300 AutoGuard mystery fee! Never agreed to it, never asked for it, but there it was, baked into the paperwork like it was grandma's secret casserole. Only after I committed did they suddenly inform me it was "non-negotiable." Cute. Salesman Derek, and managers Tom and Paul, pitched me a story that the brakes, tires, and windshield would be fixed before the sale. Fast-forward to post-deposit: plot twist -- "Actually, we'll do that after you pay in full... and you won't get the car till the end of the week." Oh. So now we're playing Dealership Theater? As a cherry on top, I politely warned the next poor soul in the showroom about the scam. The finance manager didn't like that. He marched out and yelled at me in the parking lot for "being disrespectful to their customer." Sir, warning someone about your own shady practices isn't disrespectful -- it's a public service. This place doesn't run on transparency -- it runs on pressure, misdirection, and the hope you'll be too exhausted to fight back. I came expecting a car sale. I left with a PhD in dealership manipulation. At the end of the day, I bought the car -- not because they earned it, but because I'm a struggling mom who needed to get the hell out of there. And guess what? I ran into that customer at the gas and come to find out, they apparently told the next customer that exact same thing -- that I was "going through a bad divorce" Classy. Also, I was told the $1,300 AutoGuard fee was "mandatory and on every car." But when I chatted with that same customer? He said they told him it was totally negotiable. So... which is it? Mandatory for moms, optional for everyone else?? WTF. Disgraceful. And embarrassingly on-brand for 2025.

What the shotty salesman Craig did not expect was that Dad was coming to buy the car. After test drive and utilizing my only financial bank decisions and strong credit, the price magically came down the $300. Imagine that. At signing promises of two car keys and wiper blades were made. Then papers handed over to notice numerical part of address was incorrect. Explained that too late as already processed with DMV so I would have to go there and correct myself. I was then told it was too late in the evening to have the car detailed and I could pick up the next day. Upon arrival what a surprise, only 1 key and no wiper blades. The answer Craig gave me was that he would mail them to me. I went back in to complain. As I walked into the main office where all of the employees were hanging out in, one person asked what I needed. When I attempted to explain, they all laughed and said typical Craig. Needless I once again got no assistance. We are now 2 months later, the temporary license plate has expired, and I still have no plate. My daughter drove in town to try and pick up, and they told her sorry and they placed a 5 day extension plate on it and told her try back next week. Rather ridiculous that she lives over an hour away, and will now have to leave work early next week, whether they have the real plate yet, as they will only honor additional temp plates in 5 day increments. I called and spoke to multiple people, to finally get a manager, which only told me that he wishes I would of gotten with him sooner when all of this started, as he could of helped, yet now its kind of late and all we can do is come back every five days to update the temp tag from over an hour away. NEVER AGAIN and Hope this Reaches someone with Kids as attempting to save you the hassle. If were for me and my vehicle, I'd drop it back off and leave it.
