Just because my daughter looks Latin they treated her like a black person normally gets treated in that area. Frequently, when people have repair needs requiring repair experts attention, the infrequent customer might have no idea of how a repair shop functions. Yes, prices today are high for everything. I have found that Tom's service is impeccable. They have always informed me prior to repair, regarding work needed. My service requests have all been fulfilled to my complete knowledge & satisfaction. Tom's Automotive is my 1st choice in any repair needs!

I don't know what was worse, needing a tow or dealing with Tom's. To make matter worse when I finally got someone on the line after 30 minutes @ 6:54pm on 4/21/26 and got an update, it was to the minute the same update I had been given 96 mins ago, 47 mins. I told her I thought something was wrong and maybe I could get a new driver. She said something out of line to me, then hung up. I wasn't rude to her even after waiting 6 hours, why was she so rude to me? If calls are recorded, I hope you look into it.
