Mr. Austin had other crew members to bring him equipment to diagnose my vehicle's issue without my asking and without charge. But eventually my vehicle had to be towed. Frequently, when people have repair needs requiring repair experts attention, the infrequent customer might have no idea of how a repair shop functions. Yes, prices today are high for everything. I have found that Tom's service is impeccable. They have always informed me prior to repair, regarding work needed. I told her I thought something was wrong and maybe I could get a new driver. She said something out of line to me, then hung up.
