We had to park and walk up because so many streets were impassable. That said, we all got different bagel sandwiches and they were all fantastic except the cream cheeses ones. Cream cheese costs $0.85 more than any other cheese, and then they just hand you a small packet of cream cheese to add to your sandwich yourself rather than adding it during making the sandwich like the cheddar. If we had known, none of us would have chosen that at all. Still, overall delicious and pretty fast considering this was probably their busiest day of the year with a line out the door.

I watched the staff handle my food WITHOUT gloves--bare hands, touching everything. On top of that, one of the employees had long hair completely down and swinging everywhere. Ever heard of hair nets? Or basic hygiene? Apparently not. It's 2025. Food safety isn't optional. If you can't follow basic cleanliness practices, you have no business serving food to the public. Save yourself the stomach ache (and the disgust) and go literally anywhere else. Hard pass on this place.
