I was there for a total of 5 minutes, IF that. Jesse did my conch piercing and I honestly sat in the chair for maybe 1 minute and the process was done. Super quick. Clean space & everyone was friendly & fast. Conch piercing was $60! I kept up with cleaning it twice a day & it has been healing very nicely the last two weeks. Actually might go back today to get my rook piercing! Definitely give this place a shot!

My ear became so infected that I had to go to the ER because the infection was so bad it couldn't be removed at an urgent care. When I reached out to the shop to see if they could refund me for the service to help supplement the medical bills I incurred, the owner told me the best he could do was give me a credit for another piercing. Probably one of the most idiotic responses you could give someone whose ear looks like the attached photos. This is establishment is a health hazard - AVOID ALL COSTS! I wish I did. I'd have a normal sized ear, a cute piercing and probably $2K more in my pocket.

Duffy was the piercer and she did very well, she kept my person calm and made sure they were ok with the placing and ready. She was also very careful to keep everything very clean throughout the appointment. I had my own ears pierced by Claires when I was a kid- big mistake!
