When we arrived everyone was nice enough and he was seen in a timely manner. The doctor was very disorganized and "frazzled". He was back and forth in and out of the room forgetting things. Well since then it's been 2 days and 4 phone calls later to try and get the meds sent to Walgreens for pick up. We've called to request them sent and they say they will and don't. The first issue was the meds weren't on the chart at all. So the tech had to speak to the doctor to even know what to request. I will now have to drive over there and request a script for the meds so I can take them to be filled. And now he's missed 2 days of work and still hasn't been treated.

After the healing, I noticed three thick, dark lines at the front of one of my eyebrows. Thick, like I used a Sharpie marker and did my brows myself. I notified the office when they sent me an email to review my results, which I let them know I was very unhappy with the results. Nurse Stephanie called me and said she would do the touch-up at no cost and fix them. As time got close to my appointment, I ended up canceling, as I was just too afraid that it would look even worse after she touched them up. Today, 01/02/2024, , the coloring is not good either. The color is just a faded black. I have dark hair but my hair isn't black. I can say, the only positive thing is the shaping. I am very disappointed in how this turned out. I wish they would just refund me the $600, as it looks terrible. I would not recommend Nurse Stephanie doing microblading. I do not think she is experienced. As a positive, the staff is friendly and the office is clean and I had good results with the Botox I had there in the past. Unfortunately, I will not be going back for further procedures.

I had an extra layer of confidence in Dr. Tim's evaluation since my husband and I were both tested and they told him his hearing was still good enough and only I needed hearing aides at this time. Sandra has been amazing on my follow-up visits, and is so very kind and personable. She always wants to get every adjustment right, and works hard on even getting the right "dome", length of plastic in my ear, etc. I love their 2 for 1 battery sales and free hearing aide checks. The office is so convenient and nice as well. I never have to wait long at all.
