The doctor took time to understand my difficulties, answered my questions patiently, and educated me about what I might experience in the future. He explained to me at what point my symptoms indicated that I needed to be seen in the office. While my condition may not go away, I felt more educated, and supported when I left. Set up an appointment for 9/8 to go to Atlanta to get hearing aids. 9/6 I get a phone call from ENT saying they won't be able to keep the appointment and wanted to reschedule, I wouldn't be able to get in for about a month, so I decided to cancel the appointment. Today I tried to schedule an appointment with ENT and found out they aren't taking any appointments and don't know when they'll start taking appointments. If you need hearing aids don't use this ENT, I spent nearly an hour trying to get someone on the phone and they have only two locations for hearing aids and both are booked up for months.

I had an extra layer of confidence in Dr. Tim's evaluation since my husband and I were both tested and they told him his hearing was still good enough and only I needed hearing aides at this time. Sandra has been amazing on my follow-up visits, and is so very kind and personable. She always wants to get every adjustment right, and works hard on even getting the right "dome", length of plastic in my ear, etc. I love their 2 for 1 battery sales and free hearing aide checks.
