The only negative I could point out is that she never received a confirmation of the rental and on July the 3rd I asked if they confirmed delivery for the next day. She called and was told they would be out the next day between 12 - 1pm and that promise was fulfilled. Everyone had a blast on the waterside, although the Velcro kept coming off. TNJ was back that night around 830 - 9pm to pick up. Process seemed painless enough. I would probably book them again.

The workers were very respectful and helpful when delivering, and moved the inflatable around my backyard several times to accommodate us. They gave us a call before picking it up to let us know they were on their way, and we asked if they could try and be quiet to not wake our sleeping baby. I told them on the phone they could let themselves into my backyard. I realized later they had retrieved the bounce house and left without us knowing they had even been there!
