I had a huge red oak tree that cracked and lost a really big limb. Part of the branch fell on my…read moreroof. The limb was at least 24" in circumference and was just about to fully break off. I couldn't get anyone out here the same day to keep the limb from falling and doing more damage until I called Jaime. He came out within 2 hours of my call. Jaime knew how to 'surgically' cut the limb so that it didn't do any additional damage to the roof. After looking at the branch he showed me where the center of the tree was hollow and rotted so he had to take out more than just the one huge branch. You can tell that he knows what he's talking about so I did what he recommended. He topped off the tree in such a way that it doesn't look bald, but still a nice tree. I'm so very impressed with Jaime and his team. He cleaned up afterwards and it looks great. I would give him more stars if I could!
