I know there is/was black mold in the walls of that store. No thanks. I'm a little nervous about that.

OMG It might be expensive but what you get is well worth it. You will not leave hungry that is for…read moresure. You will actually be bringing leftovers home without a doubt. Now for the taste of everything holy cow Batman it's off the wall GOOD. We got 2 whole sandwiches & got a one child sandwich for FREE. So again well worth the money that is for sure. If you get 2 full sandwiches I believe you can get more than 2 free sandwiches for kids & chips & ice cream come with the kids meal. I told my daughter who has never been here that the sandwiches were HUGE well she didn't believe me because when she got her sandwich she was shocked & didn't know how she was going to eat it. She got the Don & I got the Riverwalk Reuben & my grandson got the turkey. Our bellies were full beyond what you could imagine. The staff were great as well as the owner. The best deli meat you can ever eat if you never had boar's head before. Great for people who have celiac disease the cold cuts that is being they don't put garbage in their meats or cheeses like other brands. P.S. had to take the Don apart in order to close the box. That's how crazy big it was. Everything was dang good. A must go for sure.

Look at this humongous sandwich! Not only was it huge, it was also absolutely delicious and the…read moreservice was excellent. Makes for an awesome day off experience!

Holy diabetes Batman! This place is a must stop if you love delicious sugary baked goods. I don't…read moreeven try anything but the croissants. Usually I get 3 creme, 3 chocolate, and then a variety with the other six. A dozen runs just about $17. Get them first thing in the morning when they are hot and fresh. It's located in a sketchy looking shopping center and you park and enter around the side, not the front. They have a secondary restaurant inside with a bunch of tables and a couple of restrooms. Sometimes the lines here can be super long, I recommend calling your order in ahead. This way you can skip the line and just pick up your order. They have a ton of different flavors, lemon, apple, strawberry, raspberry...all worth trying!! A dozen is good for 2 people ;-). They will keep a couple days if you don't eat them all the first day. My only complaint is that I wish they were open Sundays. Usually I pick them up when I'm passing through on a Friday or Saturday morning headed out of town. I'd love to be able to pickup a dozen on the way home too!

It's kind of hard to find a solid breakfast spot when traveling down 74 West, without having to…read moredrive 2 hours. Cakes, Pastries, & More did not satisfy our need for some good breakfast. We have never been to a restaurant that serves you your breakfast cafeteria style! I'm not sure if that's a good or a bad thing if a breakfast joint does it like that. Our first impression when walking into Cakes, Pastries, & More is that there is no character to the restaurant. It's just a spacious square. We both got breakfast plates. The eggs were their best item, but was still not very good. The hash brows had no flavor and were undercooked (if you can imagine that) and bacon tasted like it had been sitting out for a day. The "sweet" tea is not sweet. The restrooms are nasty, but the rest of the restaurant is clean. Why just the restrooms? Both the solid customer service and the cleanliness of the rest of the restaurant are about best things going for this joint.

Went here for the 1st time on Tuesday March 25th 2025 with my mom to get some ice cream. We…read moreactually used Google and searched "local ice cream shops", and found this cute little place. I was interested in the place because it said it was family owned. There are also 2 locations: one in Conway, SC, and the main one. oh, and don't miss this place- it is a small building located on the road, and they don't really have an eye-catching sign either, However, we were able to read the sign and it was indeed where we were going. It is a cute little ice cream place, and there was some people in there when we arrived too. They are both indoor and outdoor seating to eat your ice cream at. We then walked up to the ice cream display, and got greeted pleasantly right away. lots of flavors of Ice Cream from Cotton Candy to Mint, to Chocolate, to Cake batter, to birthday cake, to key lime pie, to many other different flavors. I decided on Cotton Candy in a cup, and my mom got Key Lime Pie in a waffle cone. Cost was only $10.00 for 2 ice creams, which is pretty cheap! We paid cash for this transaction. Think they broke a $50.00 for us. They also give a big portion for a small too! We both enjoyed our ice cream inside, and sat at a table. loved the creamy taste of the cotton candy! People at both the ice cream container and the cashier was very pleasant. Would definitely come back if we feel like Ice Cream Again!
