You see everyone from retirees down to little babies waiting to get Kirk's Ice Cream. I can't really blame them. My grandma had been coming here to get ice cream at the beach since she was a little kid in the 1930's. And continuing with the rich family tradition, today marked my 7 month old's first (little) taste of what makes this place a Myrtle Beach ice cream legend. 4 generations of my family has came to Kirk's, and we aren't the only ones!
